HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service salesman Jim is a jerk treated my mom & myself EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I will never step foot at there dealership! Unbelievable! They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.
He was ignoring her didn’t offer a chair was working on another sale she said she we changed our minds and he said sarcastically I figured, another guy offered her a chair, have her receipt didnt say thank you or acknowledge her, she went into another office and asked if he was a manager of the place not this Jim guy but another guy and she told him this Jim guy was very rude to get and she turned around and left before he could respond!

Buying a car totally sucks, in general, but this place was pretty alright. After going a bunch of other places and hating everyone, I felt like the salesman (Jake) at Holz was a breath of fresh air. gave a decent, fair price immediately without a bunch of b.s.
As far as the actual product, Chevy Cruze. gets the job done. It’s like, the smart choice, not the fun choice. Will get you from point A to point B with no risk of impressing any chicks along the way. 20k miles so far with no issues. Anyway, if I had more money, would pick the SS or impala.

I made an appointment for an oil change and when I got there I was told that it didn’t matter that I had an appointment had to wait for everyone including the walkins needless to say a 30 minutes or less job ended up taking an hour and half

Bought a used Chevy Colorado from Nate at Holz Chevrolet easiest, quickest, and most fair car sale I have ever made! Finance mgr Naomi even got me a cheaper rate than my bank! All around great experience with great friendly people!!!

This place was great! They offered me a fair price on my trade in vehicle and we came to an agreement on the new vehicle price quickly and without a bunch of games! Top notch!!!

Service rep called to apologize. Said the reason he didn’t call is things sometime fall thru the cracks
Didn’t ask whether holz would actually price match the deal I had gotten from discount tires because I bought the tires from discount tires

Always ended buying from them because they were the best deal

I had a great experience at Holz. My vehicle was in for routine service and was ready in the time stated.

Have never written a Unilocal review before but felt compelled to do it after my experience at Holz around November. I have a 2007 Pontiac G6 that had a few recall repairs. I chose Holz because it’s close to home and to my husband’s work. Made the appointment for the repairs and told them I had a headlight out as well. Dropped off the car at 7:00 am only for it to sit until well after 4 pm without being touched. It was a complete hassle to drop off the car, btw, running kids to daycare, dropping off my husband at work, and getting myself to work, etc. Anywho, when I found out the car hadn’t even been touched so late in the day, I told the tech working on it that even if he couldn’t get to the recall repairs to at least repair the headlight. He then called my husband 30 minutes later to say that it wasn’t actually the headlight but a bad connector to the headlight and quoted him $ 300 to fix it!!! After my husband told him no thank you and that we would be taking it to our own mechanic, he quickly let us know that he did not have time to do the recall repairs and wanted to charge us for 30 min of labor to diagnose the bad connector. After a few choice words from my husband, he reluctantly agreed to not charge us. The best part: We took it to our own very awesome, very honest mechanic who ordered the connector and installed it for around $ 100. What a joke and a waste of an entire day. I cannot believe how this place had the audacity to think we were that stupid and so brazenly tried to overcharge us for such a simple repair. Our mechanic is Jeff at Landry’s on Calhoun and North. Tell him Chris sent you!

Always great professional service. Fantastic and friendly sales staff. Always do their best. Dealt with them for my cars for a few years now, and always been happy with their professional demeanor. What more can I say other than I would highly recommended them.

Kevin T. In service went out of his way to find where the noises were coming from on my Suburban, and get them fixed. Now my clunks and groans are gone.

I’m taking one star off only because I personally don’t enjoy the car buying process, and cars are so very expensive. My fiancé and I have been to a lot of dealerships in the past week, and the staff we worked with at Holz was truly the least pushy and frankly least douchey. Jake made was straightforward and made an unfun process relatively painless.

Mr. Nalbert:
I sincerely hope that you don’t believe that I am that naïve to believe that just because you have a policy that it doesn’t happen. We also have a policy in this country pertaining to theft yet, it happens all the time. While I cannot prove that it happened, I have some solace knowing that you cannot prove that it didn’t happen.
I find it very disheartening to know that Holz Motors couldn’t have found someway to resolve this situation but, you have obviously made your decision. I will therefore now make mine.

I have bought many different cars from many different dealers in 66 years. My Holz experience was the best ever. I have already bragged about your excellent customer service to my friends.

I purchased my 2012 Equinox from Holz Chevy and Gary was very nice to work with. I brought my car in for an oil change and thought the staff in the shop was very friendly and I received fast service. I also had to bring my car in for warranty service work because I was hearing a strange sound and had a paint issue in one spot. They fixed the problems with no interruptions to my daily life. That doesn’t happen everywhere! The work was at no charge because it was under warranty and they gave me a free loaner car. I highly recommend buying and servicing your car at Holz. P. S. My family loves going to the annual July 4^th car show. Nobody doesit like Holz.

Been coming to Holz for over 12 years. I’ve had vehicles fixed, oil changes, and I proudly purchased all my vehicles there. Always professional and always have my needs met. Friendly customer service and very organized sales department. I’d recommend Holz to anyone!

Great sales department, declining service department. I’ve purchased multiple cars from this dealership. All of my purchases have gone smoothly (I highly recommend Mike Ivansthenko or Dan Dunham if you ever need help with a purchase). The service department has gotten worse and worse over the years. I’ve had multiple service appointments in which my car has suffered damage during a repair or had to be brought back for the same repair 2 – 3 times since it wasn’t repaired properly the first time. I’ve decided that even though I’ve been a lifelong customer that I am no longer going to take my cars there for further service. I just don’t know what I’m going to get when I go to pickup my car from a service appointment and that’s not a good thing. I’ve since had 3 service appointments at other area service departments with zero issues so I know I’m not going crazy… Holz’s service department has issues.

Went in for an Oil change on a Saturday.
Didn’t need to make an appointment. I was able to get assistance right away.
$ 77 for synthetic oil, lube and filter.
The wait was approximately 45 minutes — there’s a nice waiting room with TVs, magazines and cookies. There were six other people getting service at the time so 45 minutes seems like a reasonable wait time.
I’ll be returning here for my next oil change.
