They tanked their first impression. My mom and I were originally asked to wait 20 minutes (which we didnt mind). It wasnt until we were 30 minutes into our «20 minutes» that we found out we were waiting because half the employees were out shopping (all this coming from the owner). Another woman and her daughter were waiting as well, but they wanted the nail tech to fix a couple nails that turned out «lumpy». The nail tech did not offer to fix them, instead she suggested removing all the nail polish and offering the woman her money back. This infuriated the woman because she had been waiting since before my mother and I got there. Offering to remove the nail polish entirely & refunding the woman instead of fixing an easy mistake is bad customer service. We had all had enough. My mom and I waited about 40 – 50 min total, the other employees never showed up and we didn’t even get acknowledged as we walked out the door. It was my first and LAST time here!

Not a single complaint can be given. We were seen quickly, the pedicure was very relaxing, and well worth the $ 25. The nail techs were extremely friendly. I will definitely be coming back again.

I don’t recommend this place. The prices are great but that is it. I had to keep pulling my hands away from the lady who was digging into my skin with her tools. She made a few of my fingers bleed and poured some green liquid into the places where she had cut my fingers. It burned, and this was 3 days ago and they still haven’t healed! Save yourself go elsewhere.

Molly always takes great care of me. She is always on time for my appointments! Everyone is always very friendly.

The girls are super nice and take walk-in’s but it’s advisable to make an appointment to make sure you’re seen if you’re in a time crunch.

I can’t review how they actually DO nails since I had a pre-​made appointment on my lunch hour. 15 minutes of sitting there not being acknowledged (AFTER telling them we had an appointment), they proceeded to take the 2 ladies that came in after we did.
When we told them we had appointments, they still did nothing to fix the situation. We told them we had to leave and they began speaking loudly to each other and did not so much as say they were sorry. Total waste of our time. Fab Nails… NOT SO FAB. Do not recommend.

Worst customer service. My friend and I made 12:00 appointments during our lunch hour the day before. We got there right on time and were not even greeted. We finally were able to sit while they also seated two other customers (who came in after us). We waited for over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. When we realized that they weren’t going to get to us any time soon, we told them we had to leave. They didn’t even offer an apology. They just talked loudly as if they were annoyed at us while we walked out the door. I’m very disappointed in Fab nails and will not be going back.

Every time I visit it always seems as if they are in a rush with me. I’ve given them so many chances yet, my nails are filed unevenly, the polish peels, and they aren’t that great with eyebrows. They have new workers that seem fresh out of «school» and really suck at doing nails. After going here for four years I’m on the hunt for Another nail salon.

A wonderful nail salon! Kim (owner) is the sweetest person and she really cares if you like what you pay for. Everyone here is very friendly even when they are crazy busy! I wish I could give them 10 stars!
