From Yogis drinking coconut water, to chefs cooking with coconut oil.

Everyone is in love with the coco!

Yet strangely here in Hawaii (where coconuts grow) few people actually eat REAL coconuts.

Instead, Hawaii imports coconut water, milk & meat to its shores.

This is the opposite of sustainability.

We set out to change that.

Recognizing that cocos are intimating to work with, we started by holding workshops.

Using a relaxed, fun, easy to understand format we teach how to —

Identify (and open) each age of coconut,

Make your own fresh, raw coconutmilk (which you’ll take home).

and how to plant, grow & harvest your own coconut trees.

We’ve made easy to follow videos and put them online, free for everyone to view!

History

Established in 2014.

We started out selling fresh homemade coconut milk at farmers markets here in Hawaii.

OBSESSED with sustainability and health, we began teaching workshops.

Encouraging food independence for Hawaii through passion of coconut culture

After traveling to Fiji, we realized what TRUE virgin coconut oil was.

We came home & began making our own skin oils.

Today we sell these oils as a fundraiser for our education program.

We also plan & host community planting event, hoping to reach our goal —

To plant 1,000 coconut trees!

Ryan B.

Business Owner

A coconut tree lover, climber, planter & educator, Ryan’s connection with the «tree of life» started 7 years ago and he quickly fell in love.

What started as a passion for fresh food has become his life purpose. Ryan believes that sustainability is possible through teaming up with the coconut tree.

Devoted to sharing coconut information with the world, he teaches weekly workshops on identifying, opening and using coconuts of all ages.
