Phở-king delicious! Seriously… Who would have thought I’d find decent Phở in Hagerstown — let alone the food court in Valley Mall??? I got the beef. It’s authentic, affordable, staff was super friendly. Broth is made ahead of time and reheated ONCE in a pan(no microwaves here), just for you! Other people in the food court are asking me about it, trying Phở for the first time, and LOVINGIT! Packed with flavor, super fresh… All the fixings are here, too! Gah… I’m so totally coming back here. Go ahead… Try it! The staff was on point, super patient, social, and explaining everything to anyone who had questions. Even though we’re in a food court, employees still try to shout out to customers to make sure they are loving their food and to give a few words of send of before folks leave the are. Not at all in an intrusive way — more like a family vibe.

Yes phở! Phở is absolutely my weakness! Throw in a spring roll or two and I will be loyal to you forever! This place is small and very authentic I was so excited on a smal road trip and I got to eat PHO the only downfall is it was in the mall. The service was fast and very friendly. I had the steak combo and I ordered a small and to be honest I wish I gotten a large. I gobbled it up so fast. The spring rolls were pretty good too!!! I will be back for sure!!!

Phở was just okay and there are better places but you have to travel to get to them. Unsure if I will try this again.

I had a regular beef phở for dinner. It was served fairly quickly, was a good size, and reasonably priced. The phở was pretty good, and the egg roles were too. I will be back when I’m in the area.

Just NO. And let me tell you why: For starters, we were double charged. Second, order was incorrect. Third, bean sprouts were old and brown. Fourth, Phở was flavorless. Hagerstown has no good Vietnamese restaurants. Don’t waste your time.

I was thrilled to find a more exciting option in our food court. I am tired of hearing other foodies in town knock this place. Rate it for what it is: food court fare. This is not a mom and pop Vietnamese place in a quaint neighborhood selling $ 12 bowls of soup. It is food court phở, and for the price and portion, it’s superb. I have had great service every single time. We enjoy the mango strawberry blended drinks with popping pearls, and I love the combination phở.

4.5 stars. The food came out really quickly. I got the regular phở beef. This was a good amount for lunch but if you’re hungry I would say get a large. The broth was good! Noodles were a bit over cooked but everything tasted like the real deal. This will be the best phở you get in the area! Got the smoothie lychee bubble tea as well which was flavored nicely but the tapioca bubbles were a little over cooked. Was expecting more chewy and firm tapioca balls. Come if you’re craving phở because I guarantee you won’t get better in this area.

Take this with a grain of salt, I did not get the phở, but everything I got was phenomenal. I ordered a mango smoothie with the mango pearls and an order of eggrolls, both were excellent. The guy ended up giving me a large smoothie despite my ordering a medium and it tasted great like fresh mango. The egg rolls were fried perfectly with a thin, shatteringly crispy crust and a rich meaty filling along with sweet chilli sauce. The server was incredibly nice and friendly and I will come back anytime I am in the area. This is a great place hidden in a mall food court. Worth every second for a stop by,

Had a great experience! Best hot peppers I’ve had in a long time. Ordered phở soup with beef and mango passionfruit boba tea. My dining partner ordered a chicken sandwich & boba tea. All of it was good! The chicken sandwich was delicious(I had a bite). The boba tea was new for me with small gummy candies filled with flavor instead of tapioca. The soup came with bean sprouts, fennel, lime and hot green peppers on the side. I used them all. The owner,(our cook) graciously provided me with more limes upon request. He was extremely friendly and very accommodating. My dining partner loved all of his food. He is a cook by trade, and appreciates food that correctly prepared, is tasty and good quality. Overall, unexpected quality of food and service for a shopping mall!

This place doesn’t serve what is on the menu. I’ve been by twice at different times of the day to try the banh mi sandwich and they have not had the ingredients for it. This place needs to get its act together or it won’t be around for very long. On the brighter side, the guy who rang me up for my mango bubble tea(which was pretty unique and quite flavorful) was nice and apologetic. I’ll update my review if i can ever get what i want there.

Pretty good Phở for the food court at the mall! The service was quick and friendly. There were ample menu options. The broth was tasty, which is the heart of good phở. Prices were a dollar or two too high, but I would visit again for sure since there aren’t many options for phở here.

Still delicious and fresh! I ordered the beef phở and a couple of egg rolls. The egg rolls were surprisingly«meaty». Usually when I order egg rolls, there’s more vegetables than meat. Friendly and fast service. :)

I think they are closed. Couldn’t find them in the mall. Can anyone confirm?(Update…They are not listed on the mall kiosk directories. However, on our second day at the mall, we found the food court, and the restaurant. It was very good and the staff were friendly.)

Love this place! I’ve only ordered the bubble tea, but it was some of the most delicious bubble tea I’ve ever had(and I’m from D.C. and go to school in that area). The service is fantastic and I’m definitely going back soon to try the Phở.

Finally! Phở without driving to Frederick! The staff are super nice and I actually liked this broth better than either Lucky Corner or Vietnam Gormet. Vegetarian Phở(pronounced Fa): Very rich broth for a veggie broth. The sprouts and jalapeños where«pretty» fresh. I suspect that the veggies in the phở were frozen but will check with the owner. They did not detract from the amazing soup but this is the only reason I didn’t give a five star rating. The Veggie Spring roll: Very nice and fresh with plenty of cilantro. A bit thinner than usual but longer and well rolled. They made them special for us after finding out we are vegetarians which is down right awesome. This place rules in general but specifically because it’s in a food court! Will return.

Excellent customer experience here. I wanted a treat, but didn’t want a drink with loads of sugar. The staff customized a frozen avocado and mint smoothie that blew me away. I will definitely be back to try more menu items now!

Update: I’ve since returned(my first time was what my husband brought my while I was sick and it was nice to check it out for myself). After going to their place I realized this is a very american take on phở, fast-food phở if you will. Regardless, I had a great conversation with the staff and came to realize it’s a franchise and their aim is just a simple approach on phở, almost an introductory into Vietnamese food. This business really cares about their customers and wanted to make things right after I explained my first impression. I ordered the vegetable phở and some shrimp spring rolls. The veg was really fresh, abundant and had a nice crunch, the broth was some of the best I’ve had as well. The spring rolls were a substantial size and really hit the spot(note, these are not your standard spring rolls you get with your Chinese takeout). They had something new, boba bubbles(I had mine in the mint green tea) and I tried in their bubble(taro pearls) in Thai tea… wow! The boba were sweet and delicious, definitely a refreshingly sweet experience. I’m glad I had a chance to return and give them another chance. This is a great stop for a healthy light lunch or a small dinner and I will be returning! I’d mark it 5 stars if they had a more expansive menu for meat options, I hope this is something their corporation will consider in the future.
