I received the wrong part. Mariam and the customer service team did very little to fix the situation. I did nothing ill, yet they emailed me nasty remarks as if I were scamming them. Unbelievable. it is that scammed me $ 48 sending me the wrong part and then not wanting to return it for 8 days. Please be careful at this place, and read the other reviews. Same thing happened to me with the quality control that is none at this place.

I received almost no service while buying a laptop part there. They mailed a part number that was different from what the website said, and then gave me trouble over returning it when it was their reliability website issue. It would be like ordering a Peperoni pizza and receiving Sausage pizza. All I could do was argue some, and it was to no avail. The follow up service was poor in my situation. I am having to call my credit card company over a measly $ 40 just out of principle. I wish it weren’t so.

Update: Credit card was compromised the same day I ordered at companies located in the immediate area of their location! Very strange. Also, parts represented as new were not. Horrible service, defective parts, slow service, arrogant attitude. I defy anyone to find a positive review of this business anywhere on the Internet. I only checked AFTER I had a bad experience. Fortunately it was a small order. These guys are crooks! I won’t do business with them again.
