Absolutely the most HORRIBLE experience I’ve ever had with a DJ.
A friend of mine hired these idiots to DJ their wedding. They were supposed to show up to scope out the venue; which would had been a FANTASTIC idea considering it was outdoors and the area needed some love.
He never called, never showed up.
He did however show up the day of the wedding, an hour LATE! Now, if he had come out to see the venue prior to; he would have known he needed to bring a table, and extra extension cords. He brought nothing but himself, 1 microphone and a computerized thing (DJ equipment).
This jerk was texting the whole time, had the groomsmen helping him move tables, and basically had no regard for the fact this was someone’s incredibly special day.
He played the wrong music, you couldn’t hear it, (probably due to the fact that he was so far away that whatever junk Bluetooth mic and speakers he had didn’t reach far enough) as the officiate was speaking, the mic cut in and out. He never even looked up. He didn’t care, nor was he even paying attention to what was going on; to the point that the ceremony ended, and the bride and groom were all but out of view before he started the exiting music.
One of the groomsmen actually had words with this little disrespectful punk.
He sucked. The company sucks, and their equipment sucked.
He didn’t pay attention to what people wanted to hear, and was basically on this phone and out of site most of the night. He did stay 2 extra hours to try and make up for the several mishaps during the ceremony.
It will never make up for the disappointment we all had in this pathetic excuse for a public service.
