Business Owner

Started in the construction industry in high school as a summer job in 1978. Continued construction work as a summer job through college in 1985. Worked as a field superintendant and purchasing agent for home builders in the Bel Air Md. area through 1991. Started Highland Homes in 1992. Built over 50 custom homes. Started Dillard Home Improvement 2008.
