Jesse Moreno and Thomas Johnson J.

Business Owner

Jesse M. Moreno, P.E., LEED-​AP — Managing Partner

He is a registered Professional Engineer in all of the New England states and a LEED accredited professional, well versed in incorporating sustainable design practices into site development. His expertise extends to civil site design and permitting with specialties in storm water management and wastewater treatment systems.

Thomas E. Johnson, P. E. — Managing Partner

A seasoned wireless veteran, Tom Johnson has been helping cell phone carriers develop and upgrade their networks for the last decade. He has been involved with numerous types of wireless installations in a variety of permitting environments. He has sites designed, constructed, and on-​line in locations ranging from the pine forests of Maine, to historic buildings in downtown Boston, to the rural hills of Virginia.
