I was late for a holiday party at work and was trying with no luck to buy bakery-quality cookies last-minute in Northampton or along Route 9 to Amherst. I’d forgotten that most bakeries overcharge at $ 3 a cookie(I’m looking at you, Tart, Woodstar and Esselon). I’d always wondered about Greggory’s, as it is nearly hidden in a business park, but I gave it a try in cookie-desperation. They saved the day with an enormous assortment of holiday cookies at reasonable prices(something like 35 cents a cookie, although I can’t remember exactly). When I didn’t have cash on hand(yes: cash only) or time to go to an ATM without being late for the event, they told me to just«pay them later.» Great customer service! I returned afterwards and paid in cash, of course. Cookies were lovely — not out-of-this-world in flavor, but very pretty and tasty. Recommended

I ordered cupcakes for my baby shower from here and they never told me it was cash only so I go to pick up my cupcakes the day of the shower and the total was $ 80 dollars that’s when he told me he couldn’t take my card, luckily I had cash on me $ 78 dollars but he told me that wasn’t enough and I’d have to go find an atm and come back and then he continues to say and I bet you’ll want me to carry them to your car for you too!!! Can’t believe the lack of customer service and the rude comments from a man towards a pregnant woman!!! So unbelievably disgusted for how I was treated as a customer, it brought me to tears… my family and I will never give this man our business again!!!

Two words: Cash. Only. I drive by this place all the time, and I’d stop in a lot more frequently if they’d just take cards! I very rarely have cash on me so the only times I’ve actually made it in I had planned on it before hand. Otherwise, what I’ve tried is good, and they are reasonably priced.

Truly some of the best pastries I have ever had. If I could I would be here everyday.

I was visiting my daughter at UMass and saw this pastry shop. Being from New York, I didn’t expect it to be exceptional but at least good. Well, it surely was not good. Bought the Black Forest cake which was eh but the macaroons were horrendous. They did not taste anything like macaroons. It was hard and tasteless and we ended up throwing everything out.

Freakin delish. I know my pastries. I can only vouch for the raspberry jelly shortbread cookies though. I had a few other yummy goods, but all I remember is my favorite cookie.

Great eclairs. Small and clean place with a nice little selection. They reopened across the street from their previous destroyed location. No debit or credit cards are accepted since they only take cash. The cash only options is reflected in their reasonable prices without credit card fee overhead. Did I mention that the eclairs were great?
