I have had multiple implants by Dr. Bontempi and have have found him to be frank and extremely knowledgable. He explains what he is going to do in detail and has an enthusiastic approach to his work. He obviously enjoys what he does and approaches adversity with compassion and humor. Any complications where addressed right away and corrected at no charge, he followed up every procedure with a personal phone call. Real service, Real Professionalism. Well worth the price to have all my teeth back!

Sadly I had to have a tooth extracted today! If I say I was scared to death, I would be understating! Dr. Bontempi wad absolutely wonderful! Listened to my concerns with care! He started the procedure and within 5 min. the nurse said, Ok you’re all done!” WHAT??? The man is a saint! Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Paolella after going to the dentist for a severe toothache. He managed to fit me into his schedule just a few hours after my dentist’s appointment, which was a huge relief because the pain in my tooth was excruciating. My dentist had recommended that I get the tooth extracted, which I was a little nervous about, but Dr. Paolella put me right at ease. The procedure was quick and much easier than I had been expecting. The assistants at the front desk were really helpful; they presented me with several options about paying for the procedure, and when I called the next day and asked them to fax a note to my boss, they did it immediately. Considering that I hate dental procedures, my experience at Berkshire Facial Surgery was as painless as I could have hoped for. Hopefully I won’t have to go back, but I will definitely recommend Dr. Paolella to anyone I know who needs an oral surgeon.
