Beware. This business did the floor for our brand new home. Twice. The second attempt was even a disaster. Seek out this business only if you want a «pro» that doesn’t cover nail heads, leaves noticeable gaps between floor boards, leaves lots of chips in the (brand new) floor boards, leaves lots of raised swirls of poly in obvious areas, and even covers over extensive grit and calls that their best work! Our brand new floor looks like crap throughout, and we will have to refinish at some point. At least we don’t worry about trying to keep it pristine, since it wasn’t nice to begin with.
I value Unilocal reviews, so I felt compelled to help others in their search for a floor finishing specialist. I know that good ones are not easy to find.
