This is easily the best Chinese delivery I’ve had. And, I ain’t young. That’s all I’m saying. I ordered the vegetable egg foo young and, opening the«gravy»(don’t know what it’s really called), I was struck by how wonderfully delicious it smelled! Faint hints of subtle spices. When was the last time you’ve thought that about any delivery Chinese food? Me? Never before in my life. It as so delicious that I was completely consumed in eating and making my dining companion try it, too. She agreed. She also had the same reaction to her noodle dish: house special Mei Fun, I think. I cannot tell you how happy we are to have found food this good and delivered(speedy delivery, too. Only took about 25 mins.) We just moved from South Philly and having really good food within a short walk or by delivery is very very very valuable to us. The prices are great, too. We paid $ 17 for two entrees. Other reviewers that complain the prices on the website need to be updated could put things in perspective, in my opinion. If you’re running a small mom and pop delivery business, it probably isn’t the easiest thing in the world to update a website. Giving a poor review because of this is kind of, I don’t know, mean? short sighted? Maybe I got used to this in South Philly, though.

Just an FYI a price update is needed on this Unilocal restaurant. Items are most 9.50 now. Overall not terribly good, nor terribly bad. Id say falls right in the middle. The kitchen is clean! Huge bonus in my opinion. Food was ready very quickly and portions were robust. I might try this place once more before I move on. I’d recommend doing the same, if you haven’t.

I’ve going here for quite a while and this is the only Chinese restaurant I choose to order from. The delivery couldn’t be any faster and I get exactly what I ask for. A special order is never a problem and the consistency of great taste is second to none. Please give them a try and I’m sure you’ll agree.

Really super fast delivery, was shocked, in a good way though! Delivery guy turned away even before I could tip him lol. Food was hot, fresh tasting and I was very glad they served food till 10:30 on a Sunday night. Their general tso’s pretty good, as well as their dumplings. Will say that the crab ragoon was a bit sweet for me but then again I’m not the biggest fan of crab ragoon so that’s on me for ordering haha. Would definitely recommend. I’d say they offer the better chinese food delivery in the area.

Fantastic Chinese take out eatery. They are very generous with their portions, can’t complain. They do get busy at times but they are doing their best in dishing out orders. The food is cheap and their portions are huge. Probably the go to joint for Chinese food.

The food is ok. .Had better chinese. The menu has been updated with newer prices. Therefore more expensive. But the most important is they have mice infestation in the building.

Food is decent for takeout Chinese food. However, I ordered Shrimp Chow Mein and what I received was an order of 5 small shrimp on a bed of cooked lettuce and onions. No noodles. I called and told them that they gave me the wrong order because the dish I received had no noodles. The young guy came back and told me that only Lo Mein comes with noodles. Chow Mein is just vegetables. This confused me because in my 28 years of eating Chinese food, both Lo Mein and Chow Mein have always come with noodles, one soft and noodley and the other crispy. The kid insisted that Chow Mein does not include noodles. Maybe since they are the China King, they know better than all other Chinese takeout places. It remains a mystery to me. But I won’t be ordering from a place that doesn’t include crispy noodles with their Chow Mein dish. Just doesn’t seem right.

Good American Chinese take out restaurant. No overly greasy, good selection, and the combination plates can’t be beat.

Solid American Chinese food. The food tasted as fresh as this style of food can taste, and the people behind the counter were pretty friendly too. I recently ordered the ma po tofu(«Szechuan Style Bean Curd») and it was very tasty, though maybe could have been a bit spicier for my taste. Fried stuff seemed not-too-greasy, and sautéed stuff was good.

I love those #chinesetakeout place! Food is more fresh than normal places. Great flavor. They have white eat choices for their chicken dishes. Service is quick and friendly. It’s the only place I would order from in the area. Not really a place to sit and eat

I am eating my food as I’m typing this(lunch break) lol I love the online ordering, and even though I got there before the food was done to pick it up,(I work a minute away) It took them no time to get it ready. Delicious! Love the free soda! Lots of flavor! :) My first time here, but surely not my last. Great portion for $ 5.25! Tummy will thank you!

Eh. First time around the food was okay, but certainly nothing to write home about. Their«spicy» items aren’t even remotely in the realm of having any spice to them. Second time around I gave the fried shrimp a shot, in addition to the other stuff I was getting. Big mistake. I’ve never tasted a nastier/thicker breading in my LIFE. Also, it took ANHOURAND45MINUTES for them to deliver my order!!! My food was all cold by the time it got to my house. When I would call the place asking where my food was, the guy would yell at me and say it was on its way. The delivery guy was super nice both times, though.

This is now officially my go-to spot for Chinese in the Haddonfield area. Done with the other mediocre places I’ve tried, China King is the place I’m going for my chicken and mixed vegetables cravings. Also very good are the spring rolls, Chinese Pizza(scallion pancakes), and hot and sour soup. Looking forward to trying some other items as well. When I do, and if I like ‘em, I may raise this review up to five stars. As other reviewers stated, you get a free soda of your choice with each order. They also offer free delivery. Tip: Place your order by phone or, if you have to order there, plan to kill some time outside since there is no AC running and it’s about 100 degrees inside. No way are you enjoying your food in the establishment. But if you are the kind of person who doesn’t get Chinese as take-out or delivery you’re probably a freak anyway and may enjoy the ungodly temps.

Best Chinese food ever. They have online ordering and delivery — the delivery people are extremely nice and they always give free soda — a great touch! I also like that the fortune cookies are usually fortunes, and not«fact» cookies that you get almost everywhere else!

Tried to order on the phone and they hung up. So I went in person since it’s ¼ mile from my house. I posted a photo of a lunch special for $ 5. It’s the«spicy beef». It was mostly celery and carrots. On a spice scale of 1 to 10 it was a 2. I’d avoid this. The fried rice was OK. They were out of hot and sour soup. On another occasion I got their Szechwan wontons. They were those industrial frozen wontons you get at many cheap Chinese joints. They were deep fried and tossed with sweet and sour sauce. Not spicy. Mushy since the sauce softened them. Terrible. I’d ignore that glowing review from a one review reviewer. That’s probably the cook’s mom writing that. They have a sign that says that they are«one of the best Chinese food restaurants in the country». Bull**** bottom line: This is the closest Chinese joint to my house. I wouldn’t go back.

I’m not a big Chinese food fan, but this place is good. Not greasy at all and lots of flavor. The pork dumplings were awesome and the bbq chicken sticks are delish. I love the free soda you get too.

Not bad for a quick lunch, they do deliver which is nice. The food is good and the lunch specials are good. The dining area is small, and to be honest, not that clean-it can’t be worse than fast food, right? I hope so, for my sake.
