These folks couldn’t have been friendlier and quicker when we were buying counters, but after-​sale service has been a real disappointment. We bought a faucet and sink from them because the owner promised «to take care of» any problems; when the Kohler faucet broke only 6 months afterwards, nobody would return phone calls, and «take care of» eventually translated to «deal with Kohler yourself and good luck with the labor.» They also measured one counter incorrectly and «fixed» it with a wide strip of grout rather than replacement. We initially thought New Image was a real find, but turns out they apparently just are out for the quick sale. Shop around.
