This car auto place has really friendly owner and employees. They were honest about my diagnostic with my car and that my car didn’t any work done yet. They were checking my car because the brake’s warning light goes and on off when I turned on my car. The price for the diagnostic was expensive to me. I was charged around $ 55.00. I should had ask for the price first before had them check my car.

They’re nice and friendly and the prices seem fair but I won’t be back.
First they replaced the axle shaft and as I drove it off the lot the whole thing cracked and effectively immobilized the car.
I went back a year or so later for tie rod ends. They did the repairs but that night right before I got on Route 80 something cracked exactly where they were working and I went off the road. Could’ve been much worse.

This review is about the Avis car rental not about the car repair services.
We rented a mini van for December 26^th to January 3^rd. We called and went to the Avis location to confirm about the car and pick up time total of 3 times. We went to the Avis location on dec 26^th at 8 am which was the pick up time. The agent was not there. We waited till 8:30 am. She finally showed up and we asked for the mini van and she said the car would not be there until 11 am. The agent kept saying that we rented the car at 11 am not 8 after we confirmed with her 3 times that it was 8 am. She just did not care and kept saying we rented it at 11 am not 8. She rented a vehicle that she did not have and tried get out of her mistake by lying us. She made the reservation and did not send us a confirmation email or anything. If this is a typical Avis customer service, I will definitely never rent from Avis again. They definitely messed up my Christmas vacation plans.

Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and is upfront about service needed and provided. They even sent me a follow up!
Last time I went they only charged me for labor didn’t even charge me for parts!
All in all, I would definitely return!
