High Street Collision Center

I just wanted to take the time to write this review as it is definitely worth letting others know that there are honest and customer friendly businesses right in our on back yard. I had the unfortunate experience to have recent auto repairs done to my vehicle due to a collision with a deer at the beginning of July right before the start of my 2 week vacation. Although I was not injured, getting vehicle repairs is always the major inconvenience. I did some searching to find an accredited auto collision repair shop that was local as well as approved by my insurance company. I was glad I stumbled upon High Street collision as my last collision repair over 5 years ago was not so satisfying. Upon my first encounter with Brian I was greeted with a comforting feeling knowing my repairs were in good hands. We met right before the long fourth of July weekend even though he wanted to close early he performed my estimate as ‘no big deal’ come on in. I was met with a friendly smile and the best customer service I had received in a long time from auto service. He stepped me through the process with ease. I told him my last experience of where I was not satisfied as the color matching was off after the repair. He said with confidence that no vehicle would leave his shop unless he was satisfied as well with the finished product. I picked up my vehicle today and was pleasantly surprised as it looked as good as new. You can tell that High Street Collision takes pride in it’s work as Brian was standing outside in this very warm weather shining up the headlights and dusting off the hood of my vehicle. His work of art !!! Although at the end of his day, I was walked through the added repairs with a visual inspection. …Thanks Brian for your patience with me and my insurance company. You withstood the set backs with the vehicle parts and additional need of repairs with a smile in your voice each time I called you !!! I would highly recommend this auto collision repair shop to anyone. You are met with customer friendly service as well as superior workmanship. I am glad I found you!!!
