Zaveri Law Firm P.C. is an immigration law firm counseling and representing individuals and businesses in an array of complex family, business and investor immigration matters. Our success is built on the personal attention and quality of representation we provide to our clients and an appreciation of each client’s unique circumstances.
Our firm regularly advises individuals on matters relating to tourist, student, family and work visas; green cards and permanent residence; citizenship and naturalization; waivers and deferred action (DACA) in addition to representing immigrants in entertainment and entrepreneurial law matters. We also counsel businesses on issues related to temporary non-immigrant work visas, the PERM process and immigration compliance issues (E-Verify, I-9). For the convenience of our clients, the firm further provides limited legal services in civil matters such as entertainment, corporate and business law.

Prerak Z.
Business Owner
Prerak is the founder of Zaveri Law Firm P.C. He is an Indian-American attorney who is dedicated to the practice of immigration and nationality law in the United States. Prerak’s passion for immigration law stems from being raised in a family and community of Indian immigrants and learning of the many difficulties and challenges that immigrants, regardless of country of origin, commonly experience while engaged in the U.S. immigration process.
Since establishing Zaveri Law Firm P.C., Prerak has counseled individuals and businesses in a variety of complex immigration matters including matters involving visas, permanent residence, adjustments, entrepreneur immigration, business immigration and compliance. He has also assisted a wide array of professionals including individuals in technology and the performing arts. Prerak’s prior first hand experience in business ventures and start ups has allowed him to provide insight to foreign entrepreneurs interested in immigrating to the US.
