The Pierre is great! Moved in a few months ago and the whole process was as easy as can be! Maintenance was able to rectify certain issues we had when first moving in including a leak on a wall we just painted. The leasing agent is great and accommodates as best as she can. Maintenance guys and concierge are really friendly.
The apartments are really big & so worth the rent! High ceilings, huge balcony, floor to ceiling Windows next to the sliding doors and brand new appliances really make this apartment feel luxury. Maintenance could do a better job with cleaning the building but it is not terrible. Parking is an extra fee which is a little weird but it’s not ridiculously priced. Nice gym, Rec room & outdoor pool area.
This is for sure one of the best buildings in the area!

I’ve lived here for over a year now and I have no plans to leave any time soon. The staff is amazing and friendly. The maintenance respond quickly. The building is clean and is kept up. My only complaint would be in the process of maintaining the property, it can get a little bit noisy. But they usually warn you before anything significant is going to happen. My husband and I live here with our two children and the Pierre is a great place for all of us to live.
