No bueno. I asked if they could take care of a scratch. The owner said yes. The scratch is still there and dare I say worse looking. Putting that aside, there is still bird crap on my windshield. Not worth the money and if I could kick myself in the a$$ for not listening to my boyfriend, I would.

Love this place. These guys are so detail oriented. For SUV, I think the wash is only $ 20. They spend their time, so I would suggest having someone pick you up so you don’t have to sit there the whole time because it will be close to an hour (for SUV).
The only negative is that they can be busy, so you would have to wait extra long if there are other cars in queue. So make sure someone can pick you up and drive you there to pick up your car.

I had my car fully detailed here, and wasn’t too thrilled. I was impressed by the expensive cars in the pictures on their website, thinking I was going to get a top notch job. I had the car compounded and waxed, and the interior completey detailed as well.

— The license plates were not removed before compounding and waxing. When I got home, I removed the plates to install new plate covers. There was dirt and crud behind the plates, and the areas were obviously not cleaned and waxed. A wax outline went right around the plates.
— The plastic grill pieces had compound residue, and a trim cleaner was never applied. The grill looked shabby.
— The dash, although it appeared to be wiped down, appeared dull. Again, a cleaner and protectant should have been used here.
— Carpet cleaning could have been better. The carpet was in very good shape prior to this detailing, with the exception of some dirt staining on the edge of the floor on the drivers front floor. Most of the staining remained after cleaning.
— The leather didn’t appear to have a protectant applied to it.
— I expected a deep glossy appearance to the exterior finish, but it was just slightly better than what I get from a good car wash.
— The top edges of the windows were not cleaned, so that when you roll the windows down, the edges were completely dirty.
— The steering wheel could have been cleaned better. Some dirt was still left behind.
Overall, I was not really satisfied with the job, and won’t return. Having had many cars detailed before, including Mercedes and BMW, I know what to expect. This detailing just fell short.
It’s all in the details when detailing, and when corners are cut, it shows. It was not money well spent.

Best hand car wash in NJ! It’s well worth the money. Each car is cleaned inside and out, no job (car) is ever rushed. Highly recommended.
