Went to a 4^th birthday party this past weekend.
PROS
You get a private room
Food, drinks, coffee, donuts included
Goody bags included –a bit cheap though-​kids get to choose items of their liking from a cart
Cotton candy included and popcorn
Speakers were good
Fog and lighting was good

Parking is inconvenient
Very work down
Bouncy houses are only good for 2 small kids at a time (toddlers)
Bouncy houses are super cheap, flimsy, dirty or stained and not sturdy AT ALL.
Staff could be much better! The only staff member that actually interacted with kids and hosted pretty well was the actual owner and at times he seems to have a face on him.
The entire party is in the same room.
The tables face the wall therefore nobody can sit near the birthday boy and horrible for pictures!
Bubble machine did not function during the party
Overall-​I was only a guest. The place is not horrible, just NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!! Very run down place, staff needs to be better
I would choose another place for your kids bday party!

My daughter wanted to hold her 6^th birthday party here. After the year from hell that she had, I decided to go for it despite the pricing and bad reviews. Overall, my daughter had a blast, but this place left MUCH to be desired.
First of all, there’s no cancellation. It’s part of the contract. Fine. But ALL of my daughter’s guests weren’t coming, so I was hoping they’d have good enough customer service to let us cancel. We would have tried again at Kids Rule next year to make it up to my daughter, but the place said I could only reschedule for an EXTRA $ 25 FEE. So, I invited a bunch of people I didn’t know to the party. Luckily, they had a blast, but to not give a damn about the happiness of the kids having the party there is ridiculous.
Secondly, when we arrived, everyone had to wait in this little area outside of the party room. The party was supposed to start at 3pm, but we weren’t allowed into the room until 3:15pm. There were a lot of kids with a lot of energy and NO WHERE TO GO just running around in this tiny space with no air conditioning. Really not cool.
Third, once we were allowed into the room, it wasn’t clean. There were popcorn kernels, used lollipops, etc. on the floor. I had to constantly make sure my youngest daughter (only 1) didn’t try to stick any of that crap into her mouth, and I imagine the other parents of littles were doing the same.
Fourth, I asked the woman running the party to not make the music quite so loud since it was a bunch of little kids. She said, «Yeah, we don’t make it too loud with the little ones.» If blasting music like it was a dance hall isn’t too loud, I shudder to think what happens to the eardrums of the adults and older kids who go there.
Fifth, we had to bring extra food to the party for people who don’t eat pizza. We had a bag of KFC popcorn chicken and fries. They offered to take the stuff to the kitchen, but when the food came out later, the bag was nowhere to be found. Then, they only gave out the pizza until I explained that we had the KFC, too.
Sixth, also with regard to the food, the coordination was horrible. No one had any clue what was going on. I am not sure if the parents even knew they were allowed to eat any of the food. I was too busy trying to scrounge food for my 1 year old.
Seventh, they gave my husband attitude when he came to go over the bill with me.
Eighth, they take pictures during the party. I got an email saying the pictures from my party are available to purchase for $ 3 a photo if I’m interested, or I can say how «AWESOME» my daughter’s party was on facebook, Unilocal,and google to get all my pictures for free. I wonder if I’ll have to sue them to hold true to that promise once they realize that my review isn’t all too positive.
In conclusion: bad customer service, staff that has no clue what they’re doing, and a dirty room. If your kids are young enough, they’ll probably love this place, but I would highly recommend finding a place that is a bit cleaner and less disorganized (although in my experience, that’s really hard to come by).

Had a very good party here. Kids had a great time we almost didn’t book because Jeffery (owner or manager or something) is rude dismissive and awful to deal with.
But the staff were nice and kids had fun. Would be nice if parents had some ice water while waiting k super super hot teeny waiting area. But they said they have no ice
If it weren’t for Jeffery I would have given it more stars. They know how to keep kids entertained.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went to a party there today and was absolutely appalled at this place. It was not clean and the party leader was RUDE. My 5 year old daughter was scared during one of the game so we left the room when the game was over and we wanted to go back in we were told she was not allowed to play because she missed the instructions. We asked if someone could explain them to her and they rudely told us no and closed the party room door. When the party mom asked to please let her in they man was rude and annoyed he finally said fine but at that point my daughter was upset. We left the party then because she would not go back by him. While the party was going on they people that work there looked annoyed to be there. We later called the owner to tell him that his staff was unfriendly and rude and he could care less. There was no apology. He couldn’t be bothered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We just attended a 1^st year birthday party over the weekend. The party was scheduled to run from 12pm to 4pm in party room C. I probably will not return until my older daughter is a little bigger. She is 2 and a half but I feel like this place is better suited for children 5 and up. Overall there is a ton of space for children to run around. There’s a light up dance floor in the main party space on the first floor which is pretty cool. However, my biggest peeve with this place is how dark they make it. I mean I had a hard time keeping an eye on my daughter because it was so dark. I just didn’t feel like it was a very safe environment for little ones, especially when there are a ton of kids running around. We then moved on to the play area downstairs which was led by a different host. I appreciated how the downstairs host tried his very best to explain the different games in clear and mostly age appropriate language to the kids. However, my daughter was not totally into all the downstairs activities. The «laser tag» game was her least favorite of all. I also think there were way too many games/​activities lined up which took up a lot of time. I think 2 maybe 3 game is plenty. We then moved to another room to make goody bags and FINALLY back upstairs to eat pizza, sing happy birthday, and have cake. The party kept going after that with more music and dancing and bubbles on the light up dance floor. However, my daughter was so tired we had to leave before the end of the party.

I will NEVER go here again as this is the shadiest business I’ve ever dealt with. To begin, the other reviewers aren’t wrong; the place definitely looks dingy and creepy. Now, as far as the party itself (which we held on 8÷3÷14), I won’t lie, my niece (the birthday girl) and my nephew had a really fun time. They thoroughly enjoyed the games, which was great to see. HOWEVER – in terms of doing actual business with these people, that’s a different story. They promise an all-​inclusive party with pizza, cake, drinks, popcorn, cotton candy, custom party favor bags, ice cream, food for adults (coffee, pastries, pizza, and drinks), and a customized CD with pictures. Sounds amazing, right? Well, here’s the reality: the popcorn and cotton candy are pre-​made and packaged in little sandwich baggies which, based on the dingy interior of the place, made me question how fresh it was (especially the cotton candy). The drinks available to the children were water, lemonade, and iced tea — all served out of pitchers (like if you were at a picnic) that had no ice! I’m sorry, but if I’m paying $ 40 per kid, can’t they at least get some ice?! The food for adults (you know, the coffee, pastries, and all that jazz?) – the pastries were those Entenmann’s Little Bites brownies and muffins, and the coffee was a Keurig machine with a very SMALL selection. The creamer or milk was just left out on a table (again with NO ICE to keep it cool!), and the soda available was probably older than the building itself considering that brand-​new bottle of soda was flat when I opened it. Everything just looked like it had been there since they bought the building. The custom favor bags were decent (each kid got to pick 15 items out of a small selection of things), but the guy running the party was DEFINITELY hawk-​eyeing each kid to make sure they only picked 15 items (with the exception of the birthday girl, who got unlimited items). The kids enjoyed the cake and ice cream. The pizza was ordered from a local pizzeria (thankfully), which the kids enjoyed. Like I said earlier, it was a decent party. But here’s where it gets weird and shady. Now, by the time the party ended, there was plenty of pizza left over. I asked if I could take it home, considering I had PAID for it! I was rudely told «No,» but that I could take the cake. Now, here’s my question: why couldn’t I take the pizza? What were they going to do with it — recycle it at another party? Take it so THEY could eat it? Did I pay $ 40 a child to feed the Kids Rule Parties employees? That in and of itself left a bad taste in my mouth about this place. But that’s not even the worst part! Remember that custom photo CD I talked about earlier? Well, in the Kids Rule Parties contract, it specifically states that you must take your own pictures of the party «in the event that there’s a corruption of the memory disk» from the camera they use (talk about making sure they put in a serious LOOP HOLE!!!). Now, I figured «shoot, I’m paying $ 40 a kid, they’ll probably have an in-​house photographer» taking pictures. Yeah, that in-​house photographer is the «DJ» who walks around taking pics with a tiny digital camera (I’m talking Canon PowerShot Elph — you know, the ones that are small enough to fit in the back pocket of your jeans). So, there she was, taking pics left and right (or so I thought!). At the end of the party, she tells me «Party Mom, I’ll call or email you next week to pick up the CD.» 2 weeks later, and no word from Kids Rule Parties! I finally reach out to them, and they gave me this BS line that I’ll get an email «2 – 3 weeks after the party.» Oh really? 2 — 3 weeks after the party? That’s not what I was originally told! So, now we’re hitting the 3 week mark and still NO WORD from them. I email them AGAIN, and I get this long, BS email about how pics are delivered on Fridays and that I’d be hearing from them soon. But more importantly, they felt the need to put in the following paragraph: «Feel free to reach out to us next week if you haven’t been contacted and we’ll follow up with the picture burning company. We look forward to hearing that you have been contacted about your pictures and are scheduling a pick-​up time.» Sounds so concerned, so «customer-​service» oriented, right? What a bunch of BS! I got an email 2 days later from «Jason F at The Picture Place» (how convenient of a business name!) talking about there was a corruption on the disc and «you were advised to take your own pics.» I Googled the email addy (
) and it’s not even a picture place; just some closed down business called Extreme Kidz Parties that, from the sounds of it, was run by the same people who do this place. I’ll be contacting the Better Business Bureau about Kids Rule Parties because the whole operation seems really suspect.

This is a must avoid place. It’s filthy, the employees are unhappy and it shows as they are not helpful and act like they are doing court ordered community service. The owner is indifferent and shows no intent on making the client and their guest happy during a visit. The parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas are just as unkept and dirty as the interior and the restrooms. Do not patronage this establishment. Horrible ownership, poor employees I hope the go out of business they are a poor choice in where to spend your time and money…, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

We had our daughters 7^th birthday party at Kids Rule on a Saturday in March and had a dynamite experience. The party was well organized for 20 girls and there was a separate place for the parents to quietly watch the children on monitors and enjoy complimentary snacks. Everything was taken care of including the cake. We left the house feeling like we were forgetting something because we were used to bringing everything we needed to other party facilities. We highly recommend Kids Rule Parties if you want to have a hassle free experience and your kids to have a truly amazing time.

Kids party rules was amazing my son loved the place as well as the other kids. The staff was great and very helpful, I would totally recommend this place for any event. Am very glad I found this place for my sons 6 Birthday party. The place was good to find and best day is Sunday everything is close and parking lot is empty.
