GEICO Local Office

Great company overall. I have been insured with GEICO since 2005. The claims response is unprecedented and surpasses many of the experiences that others (including my wife) has previously experienced.

This is one of the places you don’t want to go for car insurance. We are so disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided here, so please consider a different company. Highly unprofessional staff who do not clarify details of policy.
Currently we are in a process of considering cancelling our policy for a higher rate for better customer service. It’s disgraceful actually. For years many have warned and complained of Geico, but coming from a military background, we assumed there has to be some positive accolades with them, but sure enough, our friends laugh at us when express our dissatisfaction.
In modern day of technological and increased infrastructure in technology and human advancement, there should be better humane ways of doing business where the customer does not feel ripped of all the time. It’s important that no matter what business you’re are in, to put the needs of your customers first. In a nutshell Geico has to not been good to us.
