After many stressful situations working with another Embroidme, this was a pleasant surprise. Every year we do embroidery for our school on white coats.
Negatives: they charged us a little bit more than we usually paid, they were not willing to rebag the white coats and one got dirty, and they misspelled one last name on one.
Positives: it was very easy to communicate with them, they were extremely efficient with a short turn around (much faster than the other location we used), they fixed the mistake free of charge and it looked great still. The other location always told me they couldn’t unstitch and fix mistakes but this location did it beautifully.
Although this location is in Jersey and our school is in NY, it took a lot less effort to get this done than usual. I’m not sure if we will continue to use this location in the future but we were very happy with their work and their professionalism.

I went to the Embroid Me shop in midtown (Fashion District) and absolutely loved the experience! Maria was amazing, professional, knowledgeable and lovely. She even offered for me to come in on a Saturday since I could not make it during the work week. I had towels embroidered and the result is fantastic — as is the price. I will definitely come back — and recommend Embroid Me to my friends since it is hard to find reliable sources just by surfing online.
