If this is the one by the train tracks I would be very cautious. On more than one occasion I have been sickened by their coffee. I have contacted the owners and they say bring it back for another cup. I think something worse is going on.

I don’t get Dunkin Donuts often but when I do, I usually go to the one on Essex Street. I had a craving for some doughnuts, and it was a bit snowy so I decided to go to this store on Passaic Street since it’s up the street from my house. I’ve never been there before. And now I know why. It was about 9am, and fairly crowded inside with people at the tables eating and drinking coffee, but nobody was on line. I walk up to the counter and say«hello» to the guy behind the counter, who was fiddling with a cup and ignoring me. Okay… I say hello again. And he’s still doing whatever, and no response. So I’m kind of just standing there. When he finally decided to stop ignoring me, I placed my order. He still stood there, while another person got my order together. I only ordered a dozen doughnuts. The woman seemed very flustered by my order(12 doughnuts, 3 of each variety). I had to get Munchkins as well, but they had maybe 3 Munchkins left. Even if they did have some, the poor woman probably would have burst into tears with that order. Maybe it was her first day? I’m not sure what was up with the staff. When I came and left, I was the only customer they had to wait on *shrug* I paid for everything and left. The store itself seemed pretty clean; I was able to look around while I was being ignored by the counter guy. They had bachata music playing, which made me grind my teeth and wish for a fast death, but I dealt with it. There wasn’t much left for doughnuts, muffins, etc. Maybe because it was later in the morning since they do open at 4am. When I get home, we are eating and we notice that there is barely any glaze on the doughnuts. How are you going to have a glazed doughnut with a drop of glaze??? Really? We pretty much ate plain doughnuts. In conclusion, I will not be visiting this Dunkin Donuts again. Poor, haphazard service, poor selection of product, and the food they did have wasn’t that great. I’ll stick with the DD on Essex Street or Hackensack Avenue.

So maybe the owner read my review. I have returned to this restaurant and I have to say things have changed for the better. They changed some of the staff and now this D&D rocks. Nice work; I am a regular again !!!
