Dior construction was prompt and very thorough when it came to replacing my roof. The workers worked in the worst summer heat of this year and still remained focused and on time with the completion of the work. Any and all questions and concerns were explained and addressed. The work was to notch and dior was always present to explain the process and materials being used. Having a background in construction the experience was nothing but professional and the crew knew what needed to be done. The price was right on point with others but the materials were grade A compared to other who would have taken short cuts to save a hundred dollars. Workers cleared the entire property of nails and debris and left a spotless property. I have no problem recommending this company for any of your roofing needs.

Dior really did have the best price for the work performed. We had a 3-layer tear-off and full replacement. During Dior’s estimate process, he tried to get as much information as possible — more than just measurements — so that the quote could be more accurate. We had some rotted wood but his price per plywood sheet is very reasonable, and the total roof job was done, with cleanup and everything, in a single day.
Dior was onsite and monitoring the work and the end result is a beautiful roof. It’s rained almost every day since and we’re very happy with how it turned out.
