Wow is all I can say! Terrific guy great work fast service. I couldn’t be any happier than dealing with John. Have a car issue go see this guy!

I am so beyond pleased with Crocco’s!!! They have gained a loyal customer and I will be referring friends and family to them.
My car was repaired within 4 days and was given back to me in meticulous brand new looking shape!
Because of the unique paint color of my car, I was initially concerned they wouldn’t be able to match it but they did beautifully and I now forget where the damage even was from it being so well done.
Both Rich and John were extremely courteous, nice and genuine. They work with Nationwide/​Allied insurance and are honest guys.

This is a tough review for me to write. I’ve never had body work done on any of my vehicles prior to this experience so I have nothing to base this experience on. I had the repair done in January and I’ve been debating until now.
First off, they do good work in a timely fashion. I dropped my car off to have a fender and bumper replaced on a Monday and it was ready by that Thursday of the same week.
That’s the good.
Now the bad.
When I originally went shopping around for the best price, Crocco’s «verbal» quote was middle of the pack. However he seemed like a trustworthy guy and he looked me in the eye during the conversation. He (John Crocco) even shook my hand at the end of the visit.
So I decide to go with him.
His verbal quote was between $ 800-​$ 900. But once my insurance company got involved and and estimate was done, that price jumped $ 500.
Yeah, $ 500.
Thankfully, I only had to pay $ 130 out of pocket due to my insurance company footing most of the cost, but I was expecting to get some money back, not paying extra. And that’s where he got me. Initially, I asked John for a written quote but he said it wasn’t a good idea because it would be for more than his verbal quote.
At the time it made sense, but in hindsight, I should have asked for a written quote. So let that be a lesson to you all.
Shop around for prices.
Do your homework.
And get written estimates.
Don’t get hosed for $ 500 like I did.
No one is honest in this business…
