Unfortunate experience at Cole Haan store at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack. The manager overruled a salesperson who wanted to take back a wallet bought Christmastime at that store. We knew that if it was Nordstrom or Costco it wouldn’t have been refused. So Cole Haan has lost forever a customer they could’ve made happy for $ 100 store credit. Stupid is as stupid does. Never shopping there again. Immediately went to the Tumi store located 150 feet from CHaan and purchased a new and better wallet on the spot. Adiós Cole Haan.
