I was disappointed with the size of the beef on my Whopper Junior.

The worst customer service. I order at the drive thru and the lady didn’t event act like she cared to work there.

Burger King use to say «have it your way»…only if they «hear it their way» …I love the service, the out come of the order is what you have to check. No mayonnaise, is no Mayo… get home and find the Xmark on the pickles

I only ate here because I was in a rush. The drive through person was rude and didn’t even give me my whole order.

So I thought I’d give another shot, everything went smooth, except that I ordered 3 combos all with coke cola and they put Dr. Pepper, they did that last time but I let it slide cause I thought it was a mistake but now they did it again. Guess the want to get rid of the dr. Pepper

One of the slowest drive thrus in America. Never fails. It’d be nice if they had more than 1 person working the kitchen on a busy Friday night. Advice to management, quit being cheap and hire some more workers.

Worst service ever. They gave us 2 bnq sauce I asked for more she said she gave us already. We said we need more. she gave us 1 more. We look at the bbq sauce and its not even half way filled up. They arent even the sealed bbq sauce. We will never come back to this shitty bk. I cant even eat my chicken nugget now.

Without a doubt this is the slowest BK in the area, and when I say slow, I mean slooooooow. It doesn’t matter if you order inside or from the drive-​thru. This is another situation where I wish half stars were allowed as I would have liked to have given 2.5 stars. As far as the Food goes however, it’s good but not great. The area McDonald’s is right down the street and has lightning fast service in comparison. But at the end of the day it’s a McDonald’s, not a BK. This is the place to get your flame broiled fix, but don’t expect it in timely manner.

Came back after the renovation from several months ago. I got a Chicken Big King from the drive-​thru. Service and food was fine. Hopefully my experience means this place changed for the better.

This is the update of my last review for this place. They really changed! They change everything. Not only the staff, but they also renew the interior. Sooo great to know that they really know what’s been going on back then and really made effort to fixed all the problems. Bravo!

This murder Berger place is a disaster. The fruits movie sounded a little more healthy than most of the poison they serve. However, the first time I want to try one out naturally, they were out of smoothy’s.
A miracle happened they added sweet potato flies to the menu. Now that is a low glycemic index alternative to the diabetes flies they usually serve. However, when I want to try some out their computers were down and the inmates can’t count so they weren’t serving anybody anything.
Stop here only if you have no choice.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to.
Everything was slow. The drive through. The service. The cooking too! Once I got my food everything was cold.
I am not a regular at fast food chains, but I especially will avoid this place.

I had such a craving for delicious flame broiled meat. When I arrived to order I was told «sorry we have no meat. We only have chicken.» Your the freaking king of burgers, HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF MEAT?!”

Okay updated review. This location had gone through a major renovation from staff to inside décor. A much pleasant experience, attentive servers, new table & chairs and kitchen area has been updated. I think the mgmt staff is different They have wi-​fi and a TV. If you had a poor review prior like me, I suggest you give them another try.

I go here when I am feeling the urge to eat a good ol’ whooper but this place leaves much to be desired for wait time for food and drive thru. The last time I went here which wasn’t that long ago maybe less than a month, I was in the drive thru what seemed like forever. When I did reach the window the young man almost didn’t have my order and I had to tell him again what it was, and only through pure luck was my order accurate and tasty, if I do say so myself
It is conveniently located up the street from my school so I can walk there. But this wouldn’t be a place to go for fast food if this were my first pick

There is stupid, and there is aggressively stupid. The management of this place is criminally stupid. The menu read, «Triple Whopper w. Cheese, $ 4.25». When I ordered it (to share), I was charged $ 4.85. When I pointed out the sign, the manager said, «The w stands for WITHOUT cheese.» This was in spite of the fact that there was a Whopper and Double Whopper on the menu, without cheese, but not specifying it.
I probably should have made a formal complaint to the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs or Weights & Measures or whoever is in charge of making sure stores charge what the menu says, but I tried to get this straightened out with Burger King corporate. After 6 weeks of getting the run-​around, I gave up.

If you are in the mood for BK, don’t eat here. Find another location. The service is not only terrible, if they get your order right, it’s a blessing! We have gone here a dozen times and every time they screwed up our order. Then they have the nerve to get mad at us for pointing it out.

OK, well, it’s Burger King, so I can’t review the food.
BUT, if you are NOT a drive through customer, you will more than likely have a very long wait. This place is on the ball with serving drive through customers, but is VERY slow for dine in and take out customers.
