AC Dental of Hackensack

I had a crown done last week by Dr. Ghattas. I had two others from different Dr’s in the area and by far this has been my best experience. The staff is knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Pricing is great as well…

Be prepared to wait and don’t expect to be called in on time. I’ve been going to them for about 3 years and i travel about 30 minutes from my home or an hour from work. I have always given them the benefit of the doubt but the last couple times i’ve had an appointment, i would find myself rushing to get there just to be told to wait a «few» minutes, the dr. is finishing up with an «emergency». Now, i understand dental emergencies happen, but what about honoring an appointment and a customer who has spent a couple thousand dollars?
I had to wait 1 HOUR for a 20 minute checkup with x-​rays!!! On top of that an hour round-​trip drive. Last time it was a 45 minute wait. Something is really wrong there.
They do not value my time and effort and loyalty to go out of my way to get there. I will find somewhere closer, with people who respect an appointment made and will take me withing a reasonable amount of time.
Oh yeah, i forgot to mention, i was told to come early!!!
Save your time and avoid them.

I have been going to this dental office for over a year now and they have the friendliest service/​staff from the front desk, manager, assistants and doctors. They even give you courtesy call to remind you of your appointment! (Great for someone like me with the memory of a goldfish).
The most important part… Great dental work, doctors are gentle and the most competitive prices around! They accept most insurance and they also do invisalign, implants etc. along with the usual dental work. Highly recommended
