I went here to get a new sim card since I changed to my sister’s family plan. When I arrived, Gary, the owner, was busy with another customer, but he immediately acknowledged my presence, which was nice since I could see he was busy helping someone else.
It was a quick transaction, but I got to speak to Gary a little and he seems like a very nice and honest guy who tries to really provide good customer service. He can get busy since he’s a small shop and a lot of times, he might be the only person there, but you’ll get honest and good service if you go, so it’s worth the wait.

This is the place to open a new line especially if you have tons of important data on your phone. Gary, the store owner, is the most knowledgeable person I’ve come across.
He is knowledgeable, helpful and skillful on both android and apple. I was referred to him from his brother for technical support. Gary stayed after closing to complete the job on my 4th trip even when I wasn’t his client!
The next time I open a new line, I will be glad to give him business and recommend him anytime! High 5!

To open up a business account I had visited this place at least 4 times and make numerous phone calls, each visited I had to wait at least 30 mins and in the end I was told to come back later. And in the end the account was opened incorrectly and I had to call t mobile to cancel my account since the owner stopped answering my phone call. Horrible customer service and have no knowledge of what he is talking about. I was told different answers every time I call it’s ridiculous! I don’t know where these 5 star review came from. My experience here was horrible. Will not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not come back again.

Why can’t they all be like Gary? Went in late on xmas eve and Gary helped me pick out the perfect phone for my wife. I didn’t feel pressured at all to purchase a new phome and gary set me up with the ideal plan for my situation. I’ll be coming back to this store more often as long as Gary is working thr.

Stopped by on the way home from work to take advantage of my Jump program. Gary helped me get the the only LG v10 they had since the other shipped to another store. Was very helpful in getting me expandable storage from LG and cloud space too! Great service and great guy overall. I highly recommend everyone to come here because past experiences have drove me away from going into a T-​Mobile store and just buy online but Gary changed that

This t-​mobile store is small but don’t judge the book by its cover. Garry is awesome! I came here to transfer my account from at&t. He was very helpful and explained and answered all my question very well. Will definitely recommend this store.

A couple of years ago, we were just browsing the nearest T-​mobile store. So glad it was this one! We try to visit Gary every couple of months to see what’s new.
One time, he was checking our bill and noticed a message scam. Apparently, you get texts that you need to reply ‘STOP’ to… these text messages charge you money monthly. if you don’t catch it, they will continue to charge your account. Gary put a block on those messages for us.
I’ve seen how other customers come in for help. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t think the customer service at other T-​mobile stores are as good. If you need advice about plans, phones, etc… go ask Gary.

Gary, the store manager, is the best! He really goes out of his way to help out his customers. It can actually get crowded sometimes, which is a clear sign that this guy knows what he is doing. The customers specifically ask for him.
When he was helping me, it felt like he genuinely cared and was not trying to rip me off or anything. I really recommend coming here during the day when there are less customers.

Gray is the man if you looking for t-​mobile or related service, not only he is nice and accommodating, but also knowledgeable and trustworthy. He’ll help you choose the best package for you that won’t break your wallet. Although the wait time can be a little bit long, but that is because there is a lot of people trust him like I do. Based on my observation while I was waiting, he go through the contract with everyone, text book t mobile GOOD employee.

Switching to Tmobile after being with Verizon for 10 years. Gary was friendly and super helpful answering all my questions over the phone prior to coming in. He ported all our numbers and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Going to be back to add a few more lines for our family plan soon.

The now infamous Gary, the owner, is personable, so VERY helpful, and most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY. He makes you feel welcome and works hard to make certain that all this customers are 100% satisfied. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I highly recommend this place. Gary is very friendly and he will go an extra mile to help you. I had to order a replacement phone via T-mobile’s Jump program and he offered me his back-​up phone to use till I get my replacement. Very thoughtful. I’ve actually seen him helping older customers. He was very patient with them. He also speaks Chinese if that’s what you prefer. This is the place you should go!
