Well… It’s been 1 year and 1 month, I still have not receive my rebate. The guy who original helped me sign up the contract has quit. A guy name Johnny, who they said is the regional manager, took over the issue. He said that T-​mobile didn’t receive the rebate form that they mailed. They said it is T-mobile’s problem and i need to contact tmobile directly. What!!! When the time i sign the contract, you said you will handle the rebate. The check will come to my house in 6−8weeks. Now you are telling me it’s none of your business!!! He said he has no copy of the rebate form they sent so there is no way he can re submit the rebate. What !!! I can’t believe this!!! Later on I found out from my friend who works for other similiar dealer and said it is their trick. In the beginning because they want you to sign contract with them, they will tell you there will be big amount of cash back. Part of it will come from them (the dealer) in 6 months, the rest will come directly from Tmobile’s rebate center. But actually you will never receive the part from Tmobile because the dealer will never send out the rebate form, instead, they eat your money. The reason they don’t send out the rebate form is because they don’t want to cut off an original bar code from a brand new phone, if they cut off the bar code, they won’t be able to return the phone to Tmobile. So in order for them to cheat money from both the customer and Tmobile, they will not mail our your form.
They are unbelievable!!! I learned my lesson and will NEVER ever go to any authorized dealers!!!

By far, the worst experience here… EVER! Their service sucks. And using the word «sucks» is me being nice. They are slow, takes forever and literally forever for them to respond to you by phone and… in person. Service? What service? I made the tragic mistake of purchasing my android phone here. God have mercy on me for being so calm and patient with them. I have been patient after the representive messed up my sim with my sister’s sim. That left me with the hassel of using her number with my phone or me using her phone with my number. And… that’s not it. He also messed up my plan. My old account, according to him will end on the 27^th, but my new phone will activate on the 30^th… he said that I will just pay for the three day difference, that sounded easy. Strangely after, both phones were activated and my old number was still in use. After two days of total confusion, I decided to call Tmobile, the company and talk to a customer service rep. She told me a different story. Apparently, I have to pay for the next month up to the end of this new billing cycle! FML, right? So, pissed as hell, we decided to get this problem situtated with, so we went to PhoneX. Via phone, we were placed on hold for 20some minutes? So, we drove over while still on hold. By the time we got in the door, the lady finally picks up. Stupid piece of S&%T! Fine, the lady there says that she will somehow take care of this problem, since the guy that helped us with the purchase suddenly quit out of the blue. Now, this leaves another problem… our rebate. He said to our face, that he will take care of our phone rebates. He told us, to our face, to not worry and come back in a few days to get the rebate situtated with. What a load of bulls%*t! Now, with three days left, I still haven’t gotten the damn rebate done and I can’t even call this stupid dinky store. I had to call the phonex in San Gabriel and ask for help. Guess what, they know how pick up phones there! But, that store told me to look for the original person who «assisted» me with my purchases. What person? He’s long a$$ gone. Wtf. NO ONE HERE TAKES RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THEIR ACTIONS. I had ran out of patience and its been a month and half! Tell me about patience… god damn!
If I can rate negative, I will give them my piece of mind. I’d be all up in their business, if I weren’t an educator.
