McDonald’s

Just went to this Mc Donalds after hitting up the club with my girls and I was hungry af! I ordered my food and it took a lil but, but goddamn was it worth it! I should mention it’s 1:30 and this shit was like restaurant quality food! I must’ve looked like one of those motherfuckers on the commercials cheesin’ all stupid. But I dgaf! ¹¹⁄₁₀! You made my night Mc Donalds!

Veronica and Joanne were super super friendly and smiling this morning! I ordered the number 4, the sausage McMuffin meal, 2 Bacon Egg & Cheese McGriddles, and one sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. Joanne was so friendly while taking my order. And when I got to the window she even had a special promo coupon for me. I recommend this McDonald’s for anyone wanting a friendly a drive-​through experience and hot fresh food. Veronica made sure to double check my order when I got to the window just to make sure that I had everything.
Put a smile on my face this morning.

Ok… seriously. How can I get my order last when I was the one that ordered first amount my other coworkers? And I waited for another 5 mins after everyone got the their orders. Every two other customers that ordered after my two coworkers got their orders before me! W.t.f. #speechless

Never would I have thought that this McDonalds would neglect the men’s restroom. It seems that management doesn’t care about the publics health. It is the same restrooms that all the male employees use and handle the food they serve. The health department should inspect this McDonalds again. If the restrooms are not clean it is a reflection of the owner and his failure to comply to health department standards. We do not have to put up with it. Think twice before you bite into your next BigMac, especially at this location.

This is the slowest, most incompetent McDonald’s in the entire world. The drive thru took 30 min. The workers inside must have no basic cognitive skills. Fast food = getting food fast. Not 30 min. I made the mistake of pulling in to this one. I will never goto this one again even if it’s the last one on earth. How hard is it to put pre made food into a bag?
The manager of this location should be fired and replaced with one that can control his subordinates

I used to hate this establishment until I met that hard worker kid named Hector, he was so charming and gave me a memorable experience with his great customer service. That boy deserves to be given a raise.

Very disappointed today. I was in drive thru order coffee, and waited 10 minutes in line. By the time it was my turn to get the coffee, one of the worker told me to wait at the reserve parking bcuz they need to make coffee. So I parked on reserved parking. Waited another 10 minutes and no one came out. I look at the drive thru, I saw 4 cars left from there. I was pissed. I actually had to get out of the car and get my coffee. Manager on duty, Loren, I asked her a simple question, «how long does it take to make fresh coffee?». She said 2 minutes. So I told her that I have waited 20 minutes and no one came out. One thing it really pissed me off, first thing she said was «they must’ve forgotten about you». I was like wtf?!? Manager said that crap. For being a manager, first you see a customer upset, you need to apologize on behalf of their workers performance instead they forgot about you. Totally unprofessional manager. How did she become a manager if she doesn’t know the customer service. Geez.
I come here 2 times a day to get coffee here. Been coming here for 4 years everyday. If it was busy maybe I will understand but it does not take 20 minutes to get coffee.
Inside was empty, no customer at all. Probably 1. That’s it.
They just lost a customer. Pissed me off. All she can say after, «do you want your money back?» Another wtf…
Not coming here anymore. I will also file another complaint due to manager’s performance. I would give them minus 5 stars (–5*) lucky Unilocal’s lowest rate is 1 star. End of story.

Their ice cream machine has been broken since last year. We really only come to McDonald’s for a sundae or McFlurry. No employee can tell when it will be fixed. Yikes.

I think McD’s is a good one. The McCafe is good. The food is great. Also, there is the McNuggets. There is also the bakery.

This McDonalds give inconsistent service. Sometimes the food and the drinks are fresh and the customer service is great and sometimes it’s not. It’s a hit or miss place. Once I ordered an Oreo frappé and they didn’t even fill it up to the top. When I asked them what was wrong with my drink, they told me that they only fill it up to the line (see pic) I get it… But shouldn’t they always make their drinks like that then?

Fairly clean and cozy. Not too many tables but they do have couple outdoor tables. Bathroom was very clean maybe because I went in the morning. They have flower decorations. They have a TV too.

Employee were trained to say” I AM SORRY BUT IT’s out of order!!! For 365 days.

Wen I buy something at least gimme wtf my money paid for… order couple coffees n ask for creamers n sugar n got a shitty amount like really? Then got the wrong items I go back n instead of the manager greeting me nicely I get a yeah what u need? Wtf this hood mcdees ???

I’ve never walked into a McDonald where all the employees are super cute and friendly. I felt like I was walking into a birthday party with family I’ve known for ever. Great customer service, and very clean establishment.

Rude rude rude ! No smile at all ! Never come again ! The phillipino woman, so mean and rude !

This is the 3^rd time I get horrible food. Today I got old reheated fries and my burger was extra salty. I understand the concept of fast food and not making people wait but what you pay for here, should be good quality food. Not old fries and bad service. I tried calling the # on my receipt but no answer. Never coming back

This is the McD’s on HACIENDA across from Food 4 Less!
One of the MALE workers did NOT WASH HIS HANDS!!! My brother was in the bathroom (washing his own hands) and literally watched the McD’s worker «go» and walk right out as soon as he was finished!
Needless to say we WALKED THE EFF OUT of this horror of a McD’s!!!
SHAME ON YOU MCD’s employee!!! Disgusting!!! Nasty!

Their drive thru is small for larger vehicles and scrapes your tires. I only come here for the vanilla ice cream cones that are a dollar. I don’t like my meat being made out of «pink stuff». Never been inside to sit and eat because the parking lot is too small and obstructs the drive thru entrance and exits.

Rude… horrible service at this one. i would suggest another mcdonalds…(it shouldn’t be hard to find another one)

I wouldn’t usually post a review for Mickey D’s but I stop at this place quite a bit for iced tea or a quick bite on my way from office to office when in the area. They’re super fast and the food is always fresh.
