I rate him a –100 he doesn’t deserve a star. they should close down his business because he is not loyal to his customers when he says he will come to work on my yard. if anyone gets a chance to review these letters we all put for LALO I hope you listen and do NOT give him your business because he is lazy, and a BIG Liar do not give him a penny! he does not deserve anything! he’s a waist of time to even call or have him come. so once again if you get the chance to read these reviews about him DO NOT! AGAIN! DO NOT HIRE HIM! not worth it!!!

Lalo and his team didn’t finish the job in 1 day. We had paid them half of the work based on what we agreed on. They promised they will come back on the 2^nd day but they never did. After a few days, they are still not showing up. Not replying to any our phone calls and just disappears!

We hired Lalo’s tree service 2 months ago to remove old grass and install new sod grass. He had assured us he knew how to install grass and he has years of experience.
He also put in sprinklers in my front and back yard.
Now the list of problems we came across.
While the workers were taking out the old grass with a machine they hit eletrical lines underground and I had no electricity for a whole day. When I told Lalo about the problem the next morning, he had an electrician come fix the problem and apoligized. After the electrician was done Lalo asked if I can split the bill with him since it wasnt his fault. He didnt know the electrical wires were underground. But his worker knew he hit them because he pointed it out to Lalo when we asked if they saw any wires being cut. I dont know why they didnt mention it to us right when it happened to avoid paying so much more for thr electrician then we needed to.
Now that the job is complete. We called Lalo several times to come and fix a leak we had in the sprinkler. He also put the timer on the sprinkler and I didnt know how often it was running for but Our water bill came out to $ 950! I called him several yimes abf he told me he was going to check on all the problems I came across. he never showed!
Did I mention the dirt isnt leveled? We have many mini hills in my backyard because they didnt level the dirt before putting the grass. I have weeds and old grass growing with the new grass. They did not rake up the grass or weed after turning the dirt with the machin before putting the new grass.
The grass that was installed was fescue. Lalo assured us this is really good grass and we had a 1 year warranty. I wanted st augustine but Lalo said fescue was nice and green all year long. Iam not happy with the grass. There are patches everywhere. Areas that are yellow because the sprinklers are not hitting the grass. Bottom line, dobt hire this guy. What makes it the absolute worst is when we call him to help us with his sloppy works he says hes coming and wont come. He has flaked over 5 times. This job cost about $ 4500! Never again will I give him my business. This guy will eventually have no customers and no work. He just wants your money and thats it. Buyer beware!
