I had such a wonderful experience here! I had a dress that needed hemming for my sister’s wedding that was just two days away and they had it ready the very same day I dropped it off! They are so incredibly nice and very affordable! I will definitely use their services again! High recommended!!!

I took my dress in to get the zipper fixed. They said it would be ready on Saturday by 3 PM, since my event was that evening I thought it would be perfect. When I got there at around 3:15 the dress was not fixed! The gentleman did not even apologize about it! Horrible customer service! Don’t fall for the «next day service» sign

Dress pants were hemmed for $ 5. They did a great job and had them ready in 24 hours. Staff is friendly and articulate, they speak English and Spanish fluently which is extremely helpful when you’re trying to explain how you want your hem/​pants to break at the cuff… i’ve had disasters at other places due to communication issues… I don’t really blame those other places, just more on me for making assumptions that they understand what I’m requesting… it’s a dangerous game to play with expensive slacks.
I’ve been getting my suits pressed there for the past month and half. They’ve been able to accommodate my procrastination by having them ready super fast. I have yet to wait over 24hrs for any item… I really appreciate their customer service, it’s definitely one of the top cleaners I’ve been to in that regard.
