We had a problem with a backed up drain, and Carlos came out quickly, on time, and fixed it quickly. He also replaced a bath spout at that time, but unfortunately more problems arose with that area after he left. Once we informed him of the additional issues, he scheduled a second appointment and resolved that issue as well, free of charge!
We highly recommend Carlos for any plumbing needs– he is very honest and professional and easy to work with. Thank you!

These guys are amazing! I had a plumber come and told me he unclogged my drain. One hour later I go to take a shower and it’s still clogged. I call that company and they tell me they can’t comeback out until the next day. Ugh!!! So I called CJ because they had such great Unilocal reviews and now I know why! They answered when I called and showed up within the hour and on time. The techs were honest and gave me all scenarios. They ended up unclogging my drain. Friendly, honest and an awesome team of techs!!! I recommend!!!

Carlos was incredibly helpful and honest over the phone. We had another plumber doing some emergency work on the line and were looking for pricing to make sure we weren’t getting ripped off. He explained all of the options for our root intrusion problem and gave us a price range based on the details I was able to provide. Most of all, he just seemed like a great guy who had no problem just helping another person out even if there was nothing in it for him in the short term.

Carlos was very courteous in answering my call. He accommodated my request to check bathroom plumbing back ups. He and Jose were honest and very knowledgeable when I told him the problem. They snaked the main line from the back of the house to the main sewer line in front and used the camera to make sure all is clear. I was watching them the whole time. They had a good demeanor as well. Wishing you well more business to come.

Carlos and Jose installed a new copper water line that ran from the side of my house to the garage. It was about a 50 feet run. They had to work around existing landscaping and walkways. They worked from 8am thru 9pm to get the job completed. Carlos is very professional and excellent to work with. In addition, their reasonable rates, their work is highly professional. Carlos asked me to get 3 bids and compare… their bid was reasonable for a 2 day job and even though the price of copper pipes increased, Carlos honored his bid amount.
After the work was completed, they left with the landscape in its original state. Carlos described everything they did and provided recommendations on removing some ficus trees that may cause issues in the future. Highly recommended.

Best Plumber ever, I would highly recommend. We had 2 different plumbers out because one of our bathrooms (toilet and shower backed up) both said we needed a 2 way clean out and would not even try to clean it out. I had to find another plumber and saw CJ PLUMBING and HYDROJETTING– all the reviews I read were highly recommended so I called him. I spoke with Carlos and he told me over the phone that I probably did not need a clean out but he would not be able to come out right away because he was on a 2 day job. Because our 2^nd bathroom was working fine I decided to wait until Carlos could come out and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning I could tell he was honest and fair. He showed up right on time was very neat and cleaned up messes. He wore booties whenever entering the house.
He put a camera from the roof and found the blockage and needed to do a partial pipe repair, cut the old cast iron pipe (about 2 ft long) and replace with PVC 4″ pipe. Turned out that the pipe was full of rust and only had about an inch wide opening.
All in all I was very happy with him and his partner and will definitely call him again.

Alright after an update everything he did was awesome. He cleared out my master bedroom sink, guest bathroom sink, and replaced my old garage disposer as well as install!
All-​in-​all I’d definitely give him a call again. Which I probably will soon!

Very happy that to have Carlos come and fix my toilet. We got a new toilet that saves you water but my husband could not figure out why it wasn’t working but Carlos & Jose figured it out and fixed it in no time. Plus they’re super nice and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anybody cause they’re good at what they do and the price very reasonable!!!

I’ve only used Carlos of CJ Plumbing twice, but he seems honest with fair pricing. He explains thoroughly regarding his thought process in diagnosing plumbing problems and can suggest options for difficult plumbing cases.
Good, honest plumbers are harder to find than good dentists/​doctors. The only reason that I’m sharing this wonderful «secret» with Unilocal is because Carlos deserves his Five Stars.
P. S. Carlos did show up on time on both occasions and cleaned up the bathrooms well afterwards. And, yes, my showers are not dripping anymore

Awesome. All I have to say.
First, some background: I had a minor issue where for some reason the water in my toilet bowl (not the tank, the bowl) kept getting sucked out at seemingly random intervals.
I called literally 5 other plumbers before CJ. Three of them never even called me back after I told them what the problem was, and the other 2 came by to give me an estimate and all they could give me were seemingly random guesses as to what the problem was. One of the plumbers actually said it was probably an issue with my toilet, even after I told him that it couldn’t be that, since my toilet is just a few months old, and this issue was happening even with my old toilet.
After researching a bit online, I had a suspicion it had to do with my roof vent, but I didn’t have the equipment to be sure.
So I called Carlos. And he does have the equipment. But first, Carlos and his helper went to my toilet and ran the camera snake down to make sure everything really was ok. He told me yup, the sewer drain is clean, your toilet is great, no problem here.
Then they went up on the roof to check my vent. They ran the camera snake in there, and boom, a huge blockage. I was up there with them, and saw it myself. It looked like a nest or something had fallen in there.
Carlos gave me all of my different options, and we finally decided he would try to pull out the blockage, or worst case scenario shred it up enough to where it would go down the drain. He tried, but ultimately could not fish it out, so he shredded it up, and now the blockage is gone, and my toilet bowl has been fine ever since.
Throughout the entire process (even the e-​mails before he got to my house) Carlos was extremely friendly and accommodating.
It’s so hard to find an honest plumber these days, but I’ve found mine for the future for sure.

OMG… an honest plumber! We called Carlos after another Rooter company couldn’t (or wouldn’t) clear a clog. The other company said hydro-​jetting was the only solution for our drain problems… for $ 1400.
We called CJ Plumbing and we were quoted, over the phone, $ 199 per line. Carlos came out the next day and said we didn’t need hydro-​jetting. In fact, if we had done it the kitchen would have been flooded. He snaked the lines from the roof and all is well (for $ 150).
We couldn’t be more pleased.

Carlos and Jose were a great team. They are both super courteous knowledgeable and nice. I really like how he takes the time to explain the situation to you and offer many different solutions. They are so courteous, and put booties on when they enter your home. He has good prices and is available to speak with you on the phone and text to figure out what’s needed before coming so everyone saves time! Thank you! Definitely recommend.

First — off I’d like to thank Carlo and his helper for coming out within hours of our call today (Saturday). He explained everything he was doing and tried every which way to tackle our issue. We will need hydro — jetting eventually and he will definitely be the person we call. The reviews on here are spot on. For all your plumbing needs he’s the guy to call.

Carlos was The very best Plumber I have ever dealt with and his helper Jose. They were Personable Knowledgeable and reasonable since my checking for leaks didn’t involve opening walls and all that stuff I was able to not be charged as much as he quoted me. He said this was one of the easiest checks he had in awhile in this area. I have Copper pipes already and they were here when I bought the house thank god. I highly recommend This company to anyone. I think I have found a plumber for life! If you need a quality plumber, who has very reasonable prices and does a great job — CJ Plumbing is the way to go!
I started calling around for quotes when my ancient shower faucet began to leak profusely. I had tried fixes on my own, but we quickly realized that we needed a professional. He was able to give me a quote after I sent him a few pictures, and completed the retrofit job in about 3 hours, including repairing the drywall on the other side of my bathroom. Carlos was extremely helpful over the phone, and took time to explain what needed to be done. Now I enjoy my new retrofit shower, and couldn’t be a more satisfied customer.

Carlos was very professional and really knew his profession. I called at noon for an emergency backup of my kitchen sink and he told me he could make it by 3 pm. He clearly explained the cost and job details. While he fixed the plumbing he allowed me to see exactly what was wrong with the pipes and was not put off by any of the questions I asked while he was working. As others have stated, he cleans up any mess he makes and does wear shoe covers while in the house.
Highly recommend and if in the future I have any further plumbing issues, I will be contacting him again.
