Just a small office of about 15 employees, who’s job is to take orders from customers, place shipping orders from warehouses and factories, and keep track of accounting. All candy is made overseas, and the office in Baltimore never actually sees any of it.

So I’ve never been to Baltimore, but I will finally be heading there next year to visit a few friends. I wonder if there is a factory I can visit, where you sit on a big gummi bear and put your face into a bowl of their Sour S’ghetti? Haribo of America has to be the pride of Baltimore.
Happy Cola, Gold-Bears, Mini Rainbow Frogs.. . sounds psychedelic. Haribo is my study food or my cupboards-are-bare food. I’ll buy four or five bags at Walgreens, feeling like a total tool. I wish I could lie and tell the store clerk I have kids or a gelatin-deprived grandmother. I’m screwed if I end up diabetic.
