Nothing they said is a lie. It’s all factual. However, diamond ratings are subjective so there is literally no way for their ratings not to be true if they don’t use an independent diamond rater such as GIA or even EGL. It’s a tricky use of an inexact phrase to maintain their «honesty».
On the other hand, the workmanship on the setting was, in fact, poor. And there were chipped diamonds on the band. I am standing by my two-​star review since they stood by their return policy.
I still would not recommend Primestyle unless you are in desperate need of a cheap diamond.

I purchased a .55 round cut solitaire diamond ring from PrimeStyle. The ring was received within the promised time, so there were no issues at all with shipping and the date I received the ring.
