Finally found the «general store» type of auto parts place I’ve been looking for. Part of the NAPA Auto Parts store chain but with the old school knowledge and customer service that is lacking in so many other places.
I had spent 3 weeks dealing with another store in OKC who seemed to order than lose my parts. Adding salt to the wound, the kids working the counter didn’t seem to care. Found this place and brought in my hard to find radiator part. With one look the gentleman behind the counter told me that the other place was trying to give me the wrong part and I needed a different part number. He then walked over and found the right bin the first time and I was out the door in 5 minutes after having messed around elsewhere for 3 weeks.
I would suggest saving time shopping the other chain stores where you can’t get help and when you do, it’s generally a kid working his summer job, and head to this place.
Can’t beat small town, family run businesses.
