Great American Tire & Auto Center

This place is great. We bought tires for our two Hondas here. MUCH less than the dealership. They were honest, fair, and efficient!

Just bought new tires for the Passat. Excellent recommendation and service on the brand and installation. I have been going there for car service for five years and would highly recommend their service for friends and family.

I am new to the area and have had the hardest time trying to find a fast, reliable, honest and inexpensive place to bring our cars.
I needed all four tires replaced and called around for quotes and decided to try out Great American Tire & Auto Center. I went in on my lunch break because Bill, (who is wonderful) promised me that it would be done in around an hour. I didn’t even have to wait an hour because they finished so quickly.
Now I have extra time to write this review before going back to work!
I will be going back.

Great customer service today from Chris. Had a flat, (was time for new tires anyways) he gave me a better price on 4 new Michelins than another local business and even gave me a lift to and from my house (I could’ve walked but its December!). They will get my business again!

I found these guys on Angie’s List and have been impressed every time I’ve brought my Murano in for service. It’s the first time I’ve ever felt like I could trust a car mechanic (especially dealerships). Of the three times I’ve come in, they’ve charged Less than the estimate — and the estimates have always been competitive to start with. Free wifi is a nice touch too.

We go there because it’s close to where we lived. They are very honest people, who will tell us the truth about what need to be fixed and what not. Price is right, and we’ve been going there for quite awhile.
One thing we don’t like is that their oil change service is really pretty much is oil change. I think they change filter and may be that’s about it — I could be wrong because the oil change usually only take less then 30 min, so either they are really really quick, or they don’t check other stuffs — top the fluid, check tire pressure, check breaks, etc.
We not completely leaving the place, but I’m trying different place to see how it goes. We’ll still check with them for opinion when car need fixes — because they are very honest.

Top notch service at a fair price. The owner is very helpful and doesn’t talk down to you.
No high pressure up selling. Rofl me exactly what I needed to get done and gave me my options.
This is my first experience here. They did a great job for me and I will be back if I ever need work done on my truck again.

Bill and his mechanics have been taking care of my vehicles since 2002, keeping them maintained past 200K miles. They have always been honest and truly understand customer service.

My husband and I take both of our cars here for oil changes, rotations, brakes and tires when needed. They’ve always been fair on price, and usually finish even before they say they will. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help, and Bill is especially great! Thanks!

Been here twice mostly because they’re close to my place (Walking distance).
Time1 was to get a new tire as I had an unpatchable flat. Due to some complicated swapping instructions I had for them (I have a full sized spare and wanted use that to replace another tire that was wearing thin) I was charged a bit extra for labor. I guess that’s fair but it wasn’t stated up front. Oh well.
Time2 was to get a flat fixed, this time it was patchable and was fixed up in about 20 minutes. Cost was about 30 bucks which beat getting a new tire. Is that a good price? Who knows. I asked them for an estimate for some other work I might need and the prices seemed to be inline with other places.
Anyway it’s nice to have such a shop near my living place, since if the repairs take extra long I can just walk home. However I wouldn’t drive out of my way to go to this particular location, it is mostly just a convenient neighborhood car shop.
