I rarely need to walk into a bank anymore, well with everything being on-​line and all, it just isn’t that popular. I guess that means tellers don’t see very many customer either, which brings me here to write a review, or should I say a complaint. No one was in line, so Jennifer (Jenny) called me right up. I just needed a money order, but apparently you can’t buy it with cash, you need to deposit your cash, then take a money order out from your account, so Jenny tried to explain this to me in the shortest and least informative way. I’m just being normal, but I feel like I’m being talked down too, she had this tone. A little sincerity here would have gone a long way. Hope her day gets better quick so someone else doesn’t get the bad attitude too.
