Unfinished Furniture-Gulfport

I bought a bed here. Actually, I paid for a bed here. I wouldn’t say I actually bought it because 2 months later I haven’t actually received it. April 13, we ordered a bed. It appears that even though they have been having a moving sale and all items are on sale, they don’t actually have the items in stock. They said my bed would be there in 30 days. 6 weeks later we asked them to cancel it. They said it was on the truck and they would deliver it to us because of the inconvenience. Last week they told us it was in. When we asked about delivery, they gave us a price. When we asked about the free delivery, they said the manager would have to call. Today we called and the manager is on vacation. Again, we asked for our money back. They can’t do that. They have no way to get in contact with the manager and the only person at the store is unable to do anything about it. They said he’ll call next week. This is the third time I’ve heard «we’ll call you.» Never, ever again.

Quality wood furniture for a decent price. This is our first choice in furniture selection for quality. Good friendly customer service, Large selection of many different types of wood goods. My only issue is they don’t stock toddler beds, very few business do.
