The Floor Trader

Oh, just for the record from Keith Rhodes… I am suppose to put on Unilocal site that the home I am writing about is a Rental house. First of all when I purchased the flooring I talked at length with Jamie the salesperson in gulfport that this home was a rental and I had just got done putting over $ 75,000 i a new renovation and my biggest concern was that it was a rental and I was worried about people spilling water and ect. I was leaning to vinyl rolled flooring or tile. She guaranteed me there would be no problems and they had a great Warranty on the flooring and I would not have anything to worry about… I even questioned Mike at length about the water and being in the kitchen he said that would not be an issue and not to worry the warranty will cover everything. He did suggest I put tile over the shower area and I went with his recommendation he made. He went to home depot and picked up subway tile and installed it so the money was not the issue I just wanted it done right so I would have no worries. This home is 2000 sq ft and is not a dump. I take pride in my rental property and my hime. As everyone can tell they do not stand behind any warranty and something that could have taken an hour to fix they don’t care what people think of their serves. I was about to go and pay over $ 9,000.00 for new tile and to have Mike lay the tile and thank goodness this issue happened because it made my mind up never to use either Rhodes, Floor trader or their installers for another project. Thats Karma, Karma made this issue to happen so that I would not purchase again from them… They will sale the product but forget what they say about the warranty. I took all Mikes suggestions and even let him add tile to the Bathroom to not have any issues, he didn’t even purchase the tile from them I guess that should have thrown up a big red flag about the company… If anyone has questions about this experience I have had with this company I would be glad to talk to you. This has been a huge nightmare and I hope it keeps anyone else from the nightmare I had…
