Rehab Concepts is a modern and comfortable 3,800 square foot rehab facility where a gifted and caring team of physical, occupational and speech therapy professionals provide customized therapy services that achieve optimal healing and recovery results.

Mary Jane Fegan founded Rehab Concepts in 1996. She has dedicated herself to the physical therapy profession and the delivery of quality care to her patients. Mary Jane has extensive experience with innovative manual therapy techniques and exercise programs that enable patients to achieve optimal healing, recovery and outcomes. There are no aides or assistants, only a team of talented, caring professional therapists and knowledgable staff.

We are located in the same building in Guilford, CT as VNA Community Healthcare, VNA Wellness Center and Lifetme Care at Home enabling a continuum of care possibilities for our patients and their family members.
