Amanda and her staff are absolutely amazing. I cannot tell her thank you enough for my wedding flowers. I had thought I would make my own until I realized I was tunning out of town. I called her a week and a half before my wedding. We did everything over the phone as I live in Texas. When I picked them up, I was in complete shock. She got my vision perfectly. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and smelled amazing. I absolutely recommend Shell Beach Floral to EVERYBODY. If I ever need flowers again in that area she is the only place I will go to. The thing about Amanda is that she is very flexible and creative with her design– her flower arrangements, her beach décor. She is so great with customers, and can meet almost any of your needs. She even made me a flower crown for my bat mitzvah! When i walk into she’ll beach floral so many things catch my eye and die to the great service and coziness of the shop, I end up buying half of them. Amanda did an absolutely phenomenal job on my wedding flowers and she was so wonderful to work with. I came in with no idea of what I wanted and no clue about flowers at all, but she was so patient, sweet, and enthusiastic as she showed me ideas and helped me figure everything out. My bouquet was stunning and totally one of a kind, and my bridesmaids’ were amazing as well. The centerpieces and arch flowers were gorgeous and brought everything together perfectly. I saw Amanda for a minute on my wedding day and she was so excited for me — it really meant a lot to see how much she genuinely cared. She is a total gem!

Sometimes how a business approaches an issue when something goes wrong speaks more to its quality than always getting it right. I called to question an order that was delivered and Amanda promptly returned my call, offering to correct the problem in a way that would likely result in a net loss on the order. We agreed upon a solution and Amanda went above and beyond my expectations when she easily could have said «it is what it is.»

I called 2 hours after closing hoping to leave a message. I was lucky enough to get the owner still in the shop working on a wedding. I needed last minute flowers for a friend who just passed the bar exam. The owner was kind, helpful and beyond accommodating. We talked about what kind of flowers and the occasion. As promised, a huge beautiful tropical sensation was delivered to my friend first thing the next morning. I am beyond pleased. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

My wife and I recently used Shell Beach Floral for the flowers at our wedding ceremony. The staff was incredibly attentive to our needs and spent a fair amount of time consulting with my wife as she decided on the type of flowers she wanted in her bouquet. They were very accommodating to all our needs, and everything was ready exactly when we needed it. We will be sure to use Shell Beach Floral again!

My boyfriend and I were headed to Pismo for the first time for our anniversary. He decided to surprise me with flowers to be delivered to our hotel before we arrived. He called ahead and asked for an arrangement with peonies, my favorite flower. Even though they weren’t readily available, the staff took extra measure to special order them for him.
When we saw the floral arrangement waiting for us in our room when we checked in, we were both amazed at how gorgeous it was! Amanda did an amaaaaazing job! The arrangement with peonies and other exotic looking flowers were just too pretty to explain with words. It was definitely a one-​of-​kind arrangement that I’ll definitely cherish in my memories forever. The flowers were the first surprise before my boyfriend proposed! I later found out that my fiancé told Amanda that was he going to propose to me this weekend so she took extra special care in making the arrangment!

I gave Amanda very few details of what I liked or needed for my wedding. I dont know much about flowers so I trusted her and gave her creative freedom and boy, did she deliver! Everything was so beautiful and better than I could have ever imagined. She really worked within my budget and timeline and was so helpful and patient. She was even there at the last minute to help put on my slip that I forgot right before I walked down the aisle! She helped calm me down and even told me my husband and I were a «hot couple!». So, not only was she a genius with my flowers that day but she was also my friend.
