History

Established in 2012.

Gold Rush Exchange was started in response to observing the large, national companies coming through on weekends and paying bottom dollar for unwanted gold jewelry and sterling silver. We realized that there was a need for a professional buyer operating in a space where Central Coast residents could go to have their unwanted gold jewelry and sterling silver appraised without being pressured to sell or otherwise being taken advantage of.

We respect our responsibility to the community and pride ourselves on conducting our business in a relaxed, professional environment. We enjoy treating our neighbors as we would like to be treated — in a fair minded, ethical and above board manner.

Meet the Business Owner

Adam A.

Business Owner

I grew up in Michigan and have been a resident of the Central Coast since 1997. After starting a business with a partner in 1996, we relocated here to be nearer the parents and grandparents of he, his wife and their 4 kids. As many will attest, the Central Coast has a way of getting in your blood and no place else is quite the same. It quickly became one of my favorite places and I am happy to have made it my home.
