$ 45 for an oil change and the under cover on my car wasn’t put back on correctly. It started dragging on the ground 15 mins after I left and got bent up pretty badly. Had to take it back and had to wait to «see if they could find screws.» Won’t be back.

I wish I could give negative stars. I pulled in and was put in a bay. I was then asked to move to a different bay. Where I waited for 30 minutes while 2 people behind me pulled in, were serviced, and left. A third person pulled in. Someone came over to tell me the car in front of me was about to pull out. I said okay. 5 minutes later the car in front of me was still there. I had no option but to leave. I did call and speak to a manager who had no real explanation for me. I won’t be back.

The service was fast. It ran like a well oiled machine (bad pun intended). The technicians are constantly barking back and forth giving updates on the status of their role. I always appreciate efficiency.
The technicians and customer assistants were exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional. The up-selling wasn’t too pushy either. Do yourself a favor and check out the coupons that are almost always available online. Without those this is probably a 3 star experience because of cost.

Quick and friendly service. They do a decent inspection of your vehicle. Probably the only complaint is the price. Spent close to $ 66 for an oil change and that included the price of a new filter. But when the Goodyear down the road says they don’t have any appointments available until 3 days later and you need an oil change NOW, not much use in moaning about prices, right?

Friendly staff, came out to tell me it would be just a few minutes and they will service. The serviceman went over the prices. Shocker prices for a oil change. I asked for any specials, they didn’t offer any. I said no thanks to the oil change. He then said if I go on their website I could get a $ 15 coupon
