Advertising Volcano Quesarito’s but not selling them anymore? Fix your menu please…

This place has staffing issues, don’t know who makes the schedule but Saturday at 130 and I have been in drive thru for about 15 minutes. I could have stopped at el vaquero and ordered take out by now, what is going on here, not the first time.

My first visit here wasn’t a great experience. The employees were nice enough and the place was clean on the outside and the speed of service was fine. It was the food that didn’t cut it.
I was craving me a taco salad; a favorite sinful little treat that I haven’t had in over a year. So I was looking forward to it. And it was very disappointing.
I wanted chicken on my salad and the girl who took my order asked if I wanted the shredded chicken or the regular chicken. I told her regular chicken. I ended up with shredded.
No big deal there, really. I would have preferred the regular chicken over the shredded, but that’s not something that would keep me from eating the salad. What totally ruined the salad was the shell. It tasted horribly old, like it had been fried in old oil or left out unused for a good while, or possibly both. What of it I ate literally left a bitter taste in my mouth. In fact I STILL have that taste in my mouth and I’m going straight to the bathroom after submitting this review to brush my teeth. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s really rank.
Not sure I’ll be going back to this location. I may try it again another time, but I’m already put off of ordering anything of theirs that’s fried in oil (taco salad shells, Mexican pizza shells, etc).

Always friendly and fairly quick… cant wait until they serve breakfast
