Scruffy to Fluffy was opened in 2012 with your pet’s comfort in mind. We are a «cut above» pet salon for your furry family member. We do custom pet grooming. We do NOT cage dry; all of our animals are hand dried, ears cleaned and nails dremmeled to provide your pet with a quality groom. Award Winners in competition for grooming and our creative grooming skills. We are located in the heart of historic downtown Grove City and are a vital part of city life participating in the Farmers Market, Arts in the Alley Parade and the holiday events.
