I bought the monthly unlimited plan and used it for over a year. The administration of this plan cannot be done online it has to be done by the local manager. I have stopped in and called many times to make adjustments but they suck at doing it because there seems to be some magical elf who is supposed come in and sprinkle pixie dust and make it happen but they always mess it up. As far as the car washes this grove city location is one of the better washes. There is sometimes a little soap left over the drying is not perfect but gives a good wash and is well worth the money. There are a couple locations that are smaller and do less than acceptable cleaning job. They recycle water but you would never know it and the employees are friendly if not over enthusiastic about being in their bow ties and out in the heat and cold. The vacuums are ok I prefer the fan shaped nozzles instead of the tube kind.

Wash seemed good but the final rinse left spots all over my car almost immediately. I got to the light on Stringtown at McDowell, turned on my wipers to get some excess water off, and it immediately turned white. It looks like the final rinse was salt water. I got home to find water spots EVERYWHERE! I will not be returning. I’ve never had water spots after a wash anywhere near as bad as this.

I truly like this car wash. It’s fast, cheap and it takes my 7 foot tall van with ease. My only issue is the spot free rinse isn’t. My car looks worse after the wash than before. Yes it is a dark van and the manager did give me a free microfiber cloth to wipe it down, but I go to a car wash because I don’t want to do that. I have tried others in the area that I fit in and about half do no have this issue. A spot free rinse should be just that.

Best Car wash in Grove-​Tucky! Now granted, this isn’t a full interior/​exterior cleaning but for only $ 10 for the works (heavy cream or whole milk, or whatever they call it) this is a great deal. It even included a Tire Shine that didn’t suck like most other places. Free D.I.Y. vacuum also. 2 lanes of probably 10 – 12 cars ahead of me and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The air dryer at the end didn’t remove all of the water but hey, they never do. I normally give my car a quick once over with a micro-​fiber after I wash it anyway.
