Healthy Pets of Ohio has been providing compassionate pet care to Columbus and its surrounding communities for more than 60 years. Business Owner

Dr. Hal H. Taylor., Jr. followed in his father’s footsteps and graduated from The Ohio State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1970. Hal joined his father’s small animal practice on the west side of Columbus and the office moved to a newly renovated facility to accommodate growth. He and his father practiced in that office together for 8 years. Upon Dr. Taylor, Sr.‘s retirement from veterinary medicine, Dr. Taylor, Jr. assumed full responsibility of the practice. Over the years, Dr. Taylor grew that Healthy Pets clinic into the five location Healthy Pets family that it is today. His son, Dr. Hal Taylor, III serves as the lead veterinarian at Healthy Pets of Wedgewood and his youngest son Brian is currently studying to become a veterinarian. Dr. Taylor, Jr. has had many achievements throughout his career, including past President of the CAVM, past District Representative of OVMA, Central Ohio District Rep for AAHA, and many other organizations.
