This is the second time we have had to deal with these people due to our waranty. How they can have the word fast in thier name I have no idea. if you have a problem on the weekend you can expect to sit in freeze in the winter or fry in the summer because they will not call you back. Once they decide to get off thier arses and actually show up at the house they do manage to get the job done.

Customer service at its best. Fast Response came out. Dealt with Rob. He identified the problem right off the bat. We have a rather large compressor. 9 pounds of coolant was needed. Holy crap. My overflow evaporator was rusted and needed replaced. He ordered the part that day and had it in the afternoon. He replaced it quickly. That was covered by my warranty, but the freon wasnt(only a small amount was) since mine took so much I was going to have to wait to get it filled as the price of freon is so expensive. Rob delivered customer service that day. He filled up the unit, and broke the total into payments. They didn’t have to do that but he said we shouldn’t be without A/C and be miserable in our own home. He went the extra mile to take care of us. His assistant that day was very helpful as well. They even plugged a hole that 2 other companies could not take care of. This company is a very honesty and very effective company. Customer service 100% I highly recommend this company!!!

Avoid this business LIKETHEPLAGUE! If I could give negative stars, I would. First, these fly-by-night businesses pop up under non-descript and ever-changing names so they can’t be easily identified and to cover up history. I(fortunately in time) noticed a previous online reviewer who indicated there was an F with the BBB. Funny, can no longer find them in the BBB. They operate in the Columbus, Ohio area; the owner is Robert Dunnigan. Stay away from HVAC companies owned by the Dunnigans(Brian owns Heating and Cooling Inc; another review coming on that company. Yes, I was lucky enough to deal with both!) Other numbers they might use are(supposedly a mobile number): 614−851−0430. You are very likely to get an extremely rude dispatcher named Jenny to call you back. I had this company assigned through my home warranty service. I knew right away they were going to be a problem. First off, they have NOONE answer the phone. Not a normal business. When you call, it sounds like you’re getting an old answering machine on someone’s kitchen table. So, they call from the 614−851−0430 number but never answer it. They also use the 888 number, listed in the contact information. Not only did they not call or provide information, but wanted to call me 6 minutes before their supposed arrival time, then Jenny got an extremely nasty attitude about it when I pointed this out. They lack integrity and if you search for other online reviews, you’ll see the real deal. Do not hire them. You have been forewarned.
