People ask me all the time how I got into this business. I sold jewelry for several years and when the economy went south, it became easier to buy it from people than to sell it. I ran a store like this for someone else who didn’t believe in true customer service. I finally decided it was time to pursue the American dream, open my own shop, and treat my customers the way they deserve to be treated: with honesty and respect. Both myself and Steve Fagin, co-​owner of Buckeye Gold, truly believe in providing customers with friendly, honest service.
